I visited Randolph Home Furnishings with a list of fifty items I intended to purchase. The entire team assisted me at various points. Everyone was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Even the delivery personnel were outstanding. The furniture is top quality, so I did purchase all fifty items!

I recently purchased a sofa and was satisfied. However, I found their communication for service was poor.
Everyone here is so friendly. They were extremely helpful in helping my husband find the perfect fit recliner for his size and comfort for his bad back. They have a beautiful showroom, we will never purchase furniture anywhere else.

We are so glad we went to Randolph Home Furnishings. I had a lot of requirements of a chair. The sales people were so kind and helpful. I felt like Goldilocks looking for the perfect bed. The staff was so kind and had me try each chair. They just didnt have what I needed. So they ordered one in for me with no requirements to buy. When I went to try it out they made sure I gave it a test drive to make sure it was just right. They gave me a Veterans discount and good deal. The chair has been a real blessing. Then tragedy struck it broke. I called left a message on their answering machine not realizing the store was closed. I got a call back an hour later. They had two very kind technicians at my house shortly thereafter. They got it back up and running in no time and even leveled it for me. There service is truly exemplary. They are professional, KIND and Compassionate! Thank you

We took advantage of a twice a year special financing option that let us buy a much nicer item than we had budgeted for. The best thing about our experience today was knowing that we have supported 2 family owned, long established American businesses with this purchase. Randolph Home Furnishings has been in business and owned by the same family for 70 years, and the manufacturer of the chair was started after WWII and is still run by the same family. AAAA++++

Both gentlemen who delivered our chair were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. We are are very please with the quality of the chair and delivery.
We went down to check out lazy boy recliners. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so Laurie called and checked the warehouse. And it will be delivered next Tuesday.
