Family owned business with fair prices and excellent service. They quote you on exactly what you need, no upsells. If you see any signs of rodents, I recommend reaching out to RatMan.
The owner is very nice and informative. I called him from out of area, but he still spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining to me what my options were and what I could do myself. Not many people take that time to help you when they know there's no way that they will get business out of it. Thank you very much.
Gilbert, the Ratman, has taken care of pest issues for our home in Moraga, on multiple occasions. He has always been timely, communicative, genuine and informative. I’m all for supporting the small town hero business owner. And honestly, he treated us better than those big named guys. We have always been happy with his service and highly recommend.
Gilbert and his team at Ratman did great work on my home. After a thorough free inspection, I was given a detailed plan of action and we scheduled the day of action within a week to get the rodent infestation in my attic taken care of ASAP. Instead of only setting traps, they work to eliminate access for wildlife to…
There just isn’t a better choice for rat control than Gilbert. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He calls to check in to make sure there is progress. He sends incredibly well trained people within the same day. There is no one I’d rather have on my side in the fight against pests in the house. Thank you Gilbert
Great service from Ratman Pest and Termite Control. They’re reliable, thorough, and always come back to make sure the job is completely finished. The owner is an incredibly hard worker who genuinely cares about his clients, his employees, and doing the job right. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in the business…
Gilbert is the BEST and ONLY person I would contact to take care of any more rat or mice issues at our home . Is has competitive pricing , is very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and has great communication skills . He follows up with any concerns we have Five stars out of five starts !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND him…
I'm updating my 5 star review from two years ago since we needed Ratman for another rental. As before, his sealing up the house and removal of rodents was perfect, but in addition I have to add that his concern and respect for our terrified tenants couldn't have been better. They are so appreciative of his work and we are all best friends now.
I've had a great experience with Ratman. They are prompt and professional. Their initial service was effective and any issues I've had since then they responded to promptly and solved the problem.
Gilbert and team were professional, courteous, fast, and well-priced. Don't hesitate to reach out. Highly recommend if you want a proper and knowledgable business
Gilbert is fantastic - work quality and service / attention to detail were greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend
Gilbert and his crew are the best. We have used them for several different rodent problems over the years. They are very responsive, professional and friendly. They know their business. Gilbert has a ton of experience, and he trains his employees well. If you have rats, mice etc. definitely call The Ratman. Highly recommend them!
Gilbert was amazingly informative. He let me know step by step what he had to do and how he would execute. I appreciate the easy communication and even after keeping us updated and allowing us the time to call in for advice if necessary.
Gilbert and his team (esp Andres) went above and beyond for us. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone dealing with any kind of pest issue. For us, it was a rat and we could not for the life of us figure out how it was getting into our house. We had the exterior of our house rodent proofed by a different company…
Gilbert gave my husband and I great advice on our rat problem. We were dealing with rodent intrusion into our car, and no one else would help. We’re so grateful that he had a treatment to deter them from our car and driveway. Prompt communication and follow through, plus affordable prices. Thanks so much, Gilbert!
Gilbert and his team were great throughout the process. We initially went an alternate route but corrected the decision quickly thereafter. Going with the Ratman and his crew has relieved stress and anxiety since he completed his work. We no longer have rodents scratching around in our attic and crawl space.…
Gilbert came highly recommended by a friend for his great work and affordability. He was honest, kind and would definitely recommend to others.
Does our house really rat proof now? I could not even believe it. The rats have been bothering us for so long and we consulted a few companies for solution. One offered rat slab for $10k. The other offered to seal one hole and change all insulation and put a plastic grounding in the crawl space for $4k to $5k.…
The crew was very professional and performed all of the work that was on the quote in 1 day just like the owner told me they would do. I am also now going to hire them for praying for ants and spiders ect.
Thorough and professional job. Responsive to clients’ needs. I recommend this service to others.
