The owner is very nice and informative. I called him from out of area, but he still spent 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining to me what my options were and what I could do myself. Not many people take that time to help you when they know there's no way that they will get business out of it. Thank you very much.

Ratman has been so thorough and responsive! We had them rat-proof and sanitize various spaces. The work was completed quickly and efficiently but also well done too. They came back to check on the traps, with nothing caught at the time however when we notified them of a capture, they were quick to respond. Ratman came back out, set a new trap and checked on his previous work. They stand by their commitment to the excellence of their work. We’ve been impressed and thankful for not only the quality of work but the customer service as well.

Gilbert, the Ratman, has taken care of pest issues for our home in Moraga, on multiple occasions. He has always been timely, communicative, genuine and informative. These guys are creative in how they find access points to protect and even create strategies to eliminate the unwelcome guests by drawing them out of the house if at all possible before removing them. Everyone at this company is very respectful, considerate, and professional. Funny enough, I asked another friend in the area about this issue and they immediately told me to call the Ratman. I'd highly recommend them to you for figuring out a solution for your home as well!

I'm updating my 5 star review from two years ago since we needed Ratman for another rental. As before, his sealing up the house and removal of rodents was perfect, but in addition I have to add that his concern and respect for our terrified tenants couldn't have been better. They are so appreciative of his work and we are all best friends now.
