Customers consistently praise the crew's professionalism, punctuality, and careful handling of items, noting that fixed pricing prevents unexpected costs. Positive feedback highlights efficient communication and helpful staff during both local moves and long-distance relocations. However, some reviewers criticize the scheduling process, citing a lack of flexibility in delivery time windows and disputes over how break times were billed, which led to dissatisfaction despite generally satisfactory service.

I cannot brag enough about Francisco and Elio! They were very personable, professional, expedient and they did not damage even one item, nor did they bump any walls in the house I moved from and the house I moved to. I was so nervous with anticipation prior to moving day because of horror stories you hear about…

Red Carpet Movers were amazing! Specifically, Eric and Greg were so professional and so caring with all my personal belongings and furniture. Everything was wrapped and safe and loaded into the truck. Then they drove over to my new house and unloaded everything and reset up furniture that they had to disassemble gave me suggestions for improvements on some items that I had. It was a wow experience a 10 out of 10 I highly !
