During Holiday weekend. I called on 12/31, rep said can come out Thursday. On 1/2, dispatcher called and was able to come same day, even sent tech to monitor when arrival. Rickey (and the other tech) my tech was awesome, went above and beyond to help. Great service, great price for septic pumping.
