They are a great company BUT wished they offered a maintenence plan to avoid their outrageous $99.00 trip charge. That's the only drawback to a 5 star rating! Come on get with the times! This would be an excellent benefit for a yearly check etc. Thank you!!

I had an old alarm system I never used malfunction and start going off in my house. It was no longer supportted by manufacturer so I called Redline. Tyler walked me threw ruring it off and saved me $100 service call and a hotel room until the problem was fixed.

They did a fabulous job, working all day with no breaks to get it done! They always respond right away if they are any issues or questions. I never had to speak with answering service- Tyler always responded immediately during business hours.
