Google reviewers rate Redstone Pest Control five stars based on over a thousand reviews, frequently citing punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication as key strengths. Customers often note that technicians explain findings in detail and accommodate scheduling needs without forcing long-term contracts. However, lower-rated feedback highlights concerns about pricing discrepancies between initial quotes and final charges, missed appointments, and incomplete service treatments that required multiple follow-up visits.

Very pleasant. Seemed to be through. On time. All good!
Hayden with Redstone has been amazing and very helpful with guidance.
Great service!
Tyler was great! He kindly worked around my schedule. I had asked at first to skip my office as I had work calls during the day. He came back in once he had finished with the home because I had a couple of minutes between calls so he was able to get everything. Highly recommend!
Great service, fair pricing and didn’t force an annual contract. Tech was knowledgeable and efficient.
Attention to detail Great job and communication
Nice guy!
Bugs are gone ! Happy with this company and the technician
Hayden was very thorough and communicative with what he identified, and what services he performed. We told him that we were dealing with crickets/spiders entering the house, so we went above and beyond to make sure those get eliminated. Each time redzone pest control comes out for service, we notice an immediate difference right away.
