They let me know they would be doing a walk through of the backyard to get a better scope of the project because everything prior to the start was communicated via email. The crew showed up the following day and got straight to work. I was away from home but they answered my phone calls and made sure to give me regular progress updates. The crew was friendly and responsive to special requests. I would not hesitate to recommend ROS to anyone looking for outdoor renovations. Exemplary work and customer service.

Reformed Outdoor Structures (ROS) saved our deck. Another contractor started a new deck build for us a year ago and quit before finishing. We found out after that the original contractor under-built the framing and the construction was so poor that a licensed structural engineer suggested we not walk on it. ROS came out and rebuilt the weak portions of the deck and then completed the job with cable railing, skirting, and lighting. Everything looks professionally executed. And, the family crew (brothers and cousins) were professional and considerate. Very easy people to work with.
