Got are roof done in December. And its been leaking ever since. I have called and email for help getting it repaired and NO response so far. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. cause we still have a leaking roof and has had NO response
Had a new roof put on our house in 2023. Paid top dollar for it (compared to about a dozen bids that I got), largely in part because of the ten year warranty. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, shingles on the roof of the patio were loose, leading to leakage and extensive dry wall damage to the drywall underneath the roof…
We recently used reimagined roofing for a roof installation on our new build. They delivered fast and quality work. Not only did they install a beautiful roof, but Bailey from reimagined roofing was an excellent help with scheduling and making sure the job was done properly. We couldn’t be more than satisfied with this company. Thank you again Bailey!
Very professional staff, clear on what you get. Did a great job on removal and installation of my new roof. Everything looks amazing the rain drip, repairs to the fascia. After all that they cleaned up really well. The job was handled very well and efficient.
This company has not honored their promised warranty for their work. They replaced my roof, at great expense in 2024 with a 10 year warranty. Less that two years after replacement, entire panels of roof shingles blew off the roof from wind. I filed a claim with Reimagine Roofing at the end of July 2025. Now in May…
Like the other reviewer hector, the install of my metal roof went fine but it has leaked ever since. At first they came out and tried caulking which didn’t work. It has now been over a year since the install and it leaks every time it rains. It has now been over a month after being told they would take care of it…
Reimagine Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They kept us informed every step of the way and delivered quality work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
Had my roof and solar completed about 1.5 yrs ago. The roof demo and install went well with only a couple hiccups that the company resolved quickly. I love my metal roof and a few friends are looking into getting it for themselves. I had a few issues with the solar but to be fair it was a newer portion of the…
Jeff went above and beyond to get my grandparents house taken care of and constantly checked in to make sure they were happy and everything was handled to their expectation! Will definitely call him in the future and refer him to anyone I know.
The team is AMAZING! On time, great work, and good communication.
I’ve been reluctant to post. $45+k metal roof installation itself was fine, and I want to be clear about that. The crew did solid work initially. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We had two roof leaks 1) near a vent that required multiple follow-ups. 2) was in…
I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and the quality of work was outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things right. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Great service!!! Friendly people and great price! They work fast and are very respectful! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Reimagine Roofing did a great job on our roof replacement. Work was completed in a timely manner at a competitive price.
Great roofing technicians. Reasonable price. Really appreciated Reimagine keeping me in the loop for timing, and for working with my insurance company.
Reimagine Roofing provided a professional and efficient experience from start to finish. The process was clearly communicated and well organised. Haven was especially helpful and made the entire process easy by promptly addressing questions and ensuring everything moved smoothly. The work was completed on time and…
This roofing company was seriously impressive.
Reimagine Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We initially called the day before a major holiday and were told we would get a call back within two days. I am not sure if the holiday played a part, but no one called. I called back a few days later and explained I had previously called and never received…
Bailey was awesome to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and so attentive. I did not know installing a new roof was going to be such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Bailey!!
After the recent heavy rains, we discovered roof leaks on both our home and patio that were starting to cause interior damage. With the weekend approaching, I called at least a dozen companies trying to get an emergency inspection. Reimagine was the only one that said they could make it out the next day — and I’m so…
Be aware! Reimagine Roofing did my roof in 2022 and it had a leak immediately after the initial work which was supposedly fixed. The roof is leaking again in the same area since February 2025 and I have been calling every week to get it fixed (it is now October). Another roof contractor inspected the roof and found…
Everyone was very helpful. The crew was very proficient and worked very cleanly. When done they cleaned the entire area spotless.
Reimagine Roofing did such an amazing job I needed the roof replaced, Dannys teams were super helpful, made the whole process very easy so happy with the end results thank you so much.
Getting your rod replaced is stressful. Danny and his team were very helpful. The quality of the job was great. Very happy with the results!
Excellent service all the way through! Tanner kept me informed and made sure the entire process was easy to understand. The Reimagine Roofing team did a great job and I'm very impressed with the results. Strongly recommend them!
THE BEST SERVICE IN THE VALLEY!!!!! I had an issue arise when we had a leak that occurred after a storm it was resolved but my insurance stated that they wouldn’t renew our policy since the roof was over 15 years old. Danny and Kody understood the situation and they were great in getting this issue resolved. It was…
I would definitely recommend Reimagine Roofing. They were very helpful in explaining the whole process. I’m glad I scheduled an appointment to have them come out and am really happy with my roof replacement! Looks amazing and got a great deal :)
They took care of me quickly, did a great job and cleaned up well. Isaac did a good job addressing my concerns and he followed up to completion. Did a great job.
Time for a new roof? Reimagine Roofing provided several options for me to choose from for what my roof needed. Once I selected the option, they promptly scheduled an install date. They showed up as promised, and delivered! They cleaned up after each day, so no mess was left for neighbors to get upset about.…
Highly recommend! Excellent price when compared to competitors. Love the look of the roof. Responsive team. Consistent communication. The crew took amazing care of my dog when she escaped the yard, and took extra care to clean up to make sure nothing was left behind that she could step on it eat.
I'll just start by saying that the job did get done, but getting to that point was not a pleasant experience. I initially called Precision Metal Roofing to get a quote on a metal roof for a small mobile home and somehow instead of Precision calling me back I got Reimagine Roofing. Don't know if they're one in the…
Looking to get your roof repaired, these guys are great! Competitive pricing and great communication with each step. I felt confident with these guys working on our roof.
I love this company and would not want to use any other company for my roof installation. They were prompt and very neat in their work, which is quite important to me. They left my property clean, which again reiterate my feelings about the quality and care of their service. I am confident you won't find any company that could do a better job than them.
Great team, roofers, supervisor, sales. The work was thorough, and careful of plantings and grounds. cleanup excellent. Follow-up great. Also financing available.
Very quick tear down and install! Very professional, cleaned up all scraps and put back the gutter screens. I would use them again in the future.
Got a whole new roof and skylights which had sustained hail damage. Jeremy Landals made the process seamless and now my home is nice and dry.
All i can say is "WOW" !!! Their work is top notch, all employees were very professional and on time. They replaced my entire roof in two days and left the property cleaner than when they started. My new roof completely changed the look of my house, special Thank You to Jeff Ramsden for Guiding me thru the process. You cant go wrong with Reimagine Roofing
If you are looking for a company to blow your mind on workmanship this company is exceptional. Their work is outstanding and their attention to detail is next level. They went as far as scrubbing my drive way to cleaning my pool after they were completed. Truly a company others should model themselves after.
Very pleased with this experience. It was a pleasure working with Reimagine Roofing. The roofers were harding working and the customer service was A+! Would definitely recommend to everyone.
These guys did an amazing job I couldn't be happier for the work that they did. My roof was a disaster, and they came up with a game plan and knocked it out of the park. I was very pleased with all the questions I had and the quick answers they gave. They had a ton of work and finished way quicker than i would have…

Leah was very professional, detailed and informative. I highly recommend working with this efficient and friendly team.
This will be a long one- but I loooove this company! I'm not 100% sure how they found me, but my journey with them started back in July 2022 where a few really nice gentlemen offered to do a free roof inspection. I had no idea my roof was as bad as it was as the whole thing needed to be replaced, so I'm glad to have…
5 Star rating - would use this company again. My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went…
Amazing. Reimagine replaced our roof that is officially leak free and looks beautiful now! They also went above and beyond... we are building an ADU and the contractor did not install the roof properly. Reimagine came out, did an in depth look at it and found serious flaws to explain the severe leaking. They took…

This crew was extremely meticulous and efficient. They arrived early morning, unloaded and immediately set up materials to protect landscaping & fixtures. Cleanup was an all hands on deck endeavor and they left the grounds as clean as they found them. The entire process for my 2 story home was done in less than 8…
