Reimagine Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We initially called the day before a major holiday and were told we would get a call back within two days. I am not sure if the holiday played a part, but no one called. I called back a few days later and explained I had previously called and never received…
I’d love to grant a higher rating, after all Bailey was very responsive and quick to come see the damage. However. I was promptly ghosted after the inspection, they were supposed to follow up with a phone call the discuss repairs, cost and scheduling. After no call, I called them no less than 3 times over the next 3…
After the recent heavy rains, we discovered roof leaks on both our home and patio that were starting to cause interior damage. With the weekend approaching, I called at least a dozen companies trying to get an emergency inspection. Reimagine was the only one that said they could make it out the next day — and I’m so…
The day before our house was scheduled for listing photos (because of course it had to be then), a storm rolled through and punched a hole straight through our ceiling. Rain pouring down the walls like Mother Nature decided to stress-test our home value. Cue Reimagine Roofing. Within minutes, Natalie answered the…
Love this company! They were professional and timely and very knowledgeable with all my questions. I highly recommend to anyone needing roofing assistance.
Keeping it short and simple, but wanted to give a huge shoutout to Danny and his team for helping me replace my roof after damages! They were punctual, kind, and kept me updated every step of the way! As someone who wasn’t quite sure who to go to for roofing questions/concerns, I would highly recommend these guys, thanks again!
Reimagine Roofing came out and helped with my roof leak. Erik did a great job with the inspection and Haven did an amazing job getting quick solutions in place. I will definitely be recommending this company to all my family and friends.
THE BEST SERVICE IN THE VALLEY!!!!! I had an issue arise when we had a leak that occurred after a storm it was resolved but my insurance stated that they wouldn’t renew our policy since the roof was over 15 years old. Danny and Kody understood the situation and they were great in getting this issue resolved. It was…

Dustin was very easy to work with. He listened & always understood all of my concerns. I am so pleased with how great the roof looks.
Update from the review I wrote 11 months ago: I thought I'd give a quick update, Afterall they say the proof's in the pudding. We've gotten quite a lot of rain this year, and at the risk of jinking my self. I wouldn't expect leaks because of the great work Christian did. I just wanted to affirm that there have been…
I contacted Reimagine Roofing about a water spot in the ceiling of my guest bedroom. Christian responded right away and came to my house to inspect the damage. He found the problem & returned a couple days later with all the materials to do the repairs. Christian and Joe spent most of the day making sure the repairs…
All i can say is "WOW" !!! Their work is top notch, all employees were very professional and on time. They replaced my entire roof in two days and left the property cleaner than when they started. My new roof completely changed the look of my house, special Thank You to Jeff Ramsden for Guiding me thru the process. You cant go wrong with Reimagine Roofing
Was able to speak to a person immediately when initially calling and they were quick to send someone out to check out our issue, advise us, and follow up and make sure we didn’t have any additional concerns or questions. We had a small hole and they advised us on how to fix it ourselves and didn’t try to upsell us. Will use them again for sure!
These guys did an amazing job I couldn't be happier for the work that they did. My roof was a disaster, and they came up with a game plan and knocked it out of the park. I was very pleased with all the questions I had and the quick answers they gave. They had a ton of work and finished way quicker than i would have…

This will be a long one- but I loooove this company! I'm not 100% sure how they found me, but my journey with them started back in July 2022 where a few really nice gentlemen offered to do a free roof inspection. I had no idea my roof was as bad as it was as the whole thing needed to be replaced, so I'm glad to have…
5 Star rating - would use this company again. My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went…
Amazing. Reimagine replaced our roof that is officially leak free and looks beautiful now! They also went above and beyond... we are building an ADU and the contractor did not install the roof properly. Reimagine came out, did an in depth look at it and found serious flaws to explain the severe leaking. They took…
Very professional and quality service, I'm a happy customer, showed up on time, even when the temperature was freezing,
I just finished my project with Reimagine Roof, I will say the experience was great due to Eric, who did the initial inspection and despite passing my project to the build team kept communicating constantly with me and solving the many issues that came up. I know issues come up in a project, Eric responded to all my…
Reimagine Roofing was truly a pleasure to work with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about all topics, including my insurance claim. I recommend this company because they are excellent at communicating, are very responsive, are thorough, and do quality work.
Compliments and gratitude to Reimagine Roofing for pulling off a roofing miracle on a deadline with only 5-days’ notice to save the sale of our property When our roof was damaged by monsoon winds, we took the house off the market to make the repairs and file an insurance claim. While it was off the market we…
First off I just want to start out by saying how grateful I am to Kennedy for connecting me with Reimagine. Kennedy is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Reimagine is lucky to have a person like her. The company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Response times are very fast, they’re professional, and know what they’re…

These gentlemen showed up on time Was very respectful and professional Did your job perfectly Cleaned up after themselves left nothing laying around Even went over the lawn with a magnet each day to make sure there was nothing in the yard so my kids wouldn't get hurt I will highly recommend this company for whoever…
Reimagine roofing replaced our roof. Firstly, their customer service is exceptional. Anthony was communicative and friendly. Their crew that came out left the site better than they found it and returned everything, including sun shades where they were supposed to be. Secondly, they were ridiculously efficient. It…
I cannot express enough words to share my positive experience with Re-Imagine Roofing. We had a national solar company first ruin our roof, and then just left us hanging to solve our own problem…..When we contacted Eric and Re-Imagine, it was the beginning of a great 3 month project to properly identify, scope,…
Adrian was the one who completed my roof repair. Totally professional reliable and performed the work in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend this business and Adrian.
I just want to share the excellent experience I had with this company repairing my roof. It first stared with Kennedy Nichoals contacting me and getting the ball rolling. She was very professional and very friendly. If there was anything that she didn't know she would get back to me asap. She was very helpful.…
Really enjoyed having this company replace our roof. Very courteous punctual! Always cleaned up at the end of the day. Great workers and employees. We highly recommend Reimagine Roofing! Thank you!
I was very impressed with the workmanship expanded basically on a regular reroofing job although it was done to facilitate installation of solar panels. The crew corrected an imperfection on the front eaves of the house which had nothing to do with the structural stability of the roof but was a huge eyesore to it’s…
After deciding to go Solar, we found out that our roof needed to be replaced. Wasn't too surprised as we did move into an older home that has some" charming" characteristics even after an investor flipped it. We let our solar company handle who to partner with to replace our roof and I couldn't be happier with who…
If you need to repair your roof, or sections, or replace your roof altogether, and you are not using reimagine roofing…you’re doing it all wrong. I cannot express in words how wonderful, professional, reliable and caring these guys are, and it’s not a one time situation, it’s literally the core of what this company…
These Guys Rock! Daniel was my primary interface and he got Andres on the line to help me pick a roof color. He/they took me to several vendor websites and dude knows roofs -- the roof-color varied a bit from the website but is exactly as Andres described -- Perfect! Pablo and his crew stole the show! First day…
Nathan went above and beyond to not just inspect my roof and a recent vent that was added but he attached extra flashing to guarantee zero leaks. I would highly recommend both Nathan and this company.
Nathan from Reimagine was fully transparent on what was happening and when. Very professional and thorough. Very much appreciated! Will use again for sure!
Tony & Irvin came out for a leak inspection in my home. Was greeted with professionalism & knowledge. They found the leak and fixed the problem right away. Super personable, highly recommend!! Service A+
Absolutely mind blown on how amazing our roof looks! They were all very professional and polite. The tear down was quick as well as the installation. Also very pleased with the clean up they did when the job was done, it’s like they were never here. Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!
I had one of the best experiences ever with Reimagine Roofing. Great quality, fast service and very good attention to detail. The keep in contact with you ever step of the way, all the way from start to finish. They did a great job in dealing with the insurance company as well. I highly recommend them for anyone who…
They're great! Nick came out and took care of the job quickly and did an amazing job. I'll be using these guys in the future.
I have to say, this was one of the most impressive experiences i have had in a long time. Kody and Eric were incredibly responsive. Eric identified the problem area - part of the solar footer, sealed it up real-time, to be honest, i was feeling very good about things, now i am impressed. if i could give them more…
Great experience. First class all the way
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The only reason this got anything over a 1 star was Anthony "Tony" stepped in and fixed the countless mistakes of the contractors they hired and the unprofessionalism and lie of one of their employees. Was told the roof was inspected and complete(lie) when in fact 80% of the tiles that are…
Joseph and his crew boss were wonderful!! We had been trying to get this done since August. Other contractors had been assigned and either could not get the shingles or etc. Joseph was contacted by our representative and he agreed to get certified to work with Freedom solar which he did as quickly as possible.…
When dealing with Reimagine Roofing and Eric specifically, WOW (the good kind), is the first word that comes to mind! I received Eric J. and Reimagine Roofing’s contact from a close friend of mine that recently had a roof repaired and solar installed that had an incredible experience with the company; the referral…
We needed to have our roof underlayment replaced before we could install solar panels, and they came out and removed all the tiles, replaced the tar paper with an improved underlayment, replaced all of the tiles, and did it all in two days. We were impressed with their hard work and quick replacement time, as well…
