Got are roof done in December. And its been leaking ever since. I have called and email for help getting it repaired and NO response so far. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. cause we still have a leaking roof and has had NO response
Had a new roof put on our house in 2023. Paid top dollar for it (compared to about a dozen bids that I got), largely in part because of the ten year warranty. Fast forward 2 1/2 years, shingles on the roof of the patio were loose, leading to leakage and extensive dry wall damage to the drywall underneath the roof…
We recently used reimagined roofing for a roof installation on our new build. They delivered fast and quality work. Not only did they install a beautiful roof, but Bailey from reimagined roofing was an excellent help with scheduling and making sure the job was done properly. We couldn’t be more than satisfied with this company. Thank you again Bailey!
Very professional staff, clear on what you get. Did a great job on removal and installation of my new roof. Everything looks amazing the rain drip, repairs to the fascia. After all that they cleaned up really well. The job was handled very well and efficient.
This company has not honored their promised warranty for their work. They replaced my roof, at great expense in 2024 with a 10 year warranty. Less that two years after replacement, entire panels of roof shingles blew off the roof from wind. I filed a claim with Reimagine Roofing at the end of July 2025. Now in May…
Like the other reviewer hector, the install of my metal roof went fine but it has leaked ever since. At first they came out and tried caulking which didn’t work. It has now been over a year since the install and it leaks every time it rains. It has now been over a month after being told they would take care of it…
Reimagine Roofing was great to work with from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They kept us informed every step of the way and delivered quality work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.
Had my roof and solar completed about 1.5 yrs ago. The roof demo and install went well with only a couple hiccups that the company resolved quickly. I love my metal roof and a few friends are looking into getting it for themselves. I had a few issues with the solar but to be fair it was a newer portion of the…
Jeff went above and beyond to get my grandparents house taken care of and constantly checked in to make sure they were happy and everything was handled to their expectation! Will definitely call him in the future and refer him to anyone I know.
The team is AMAZING! On time, great work, and good communication.
I’ve been reluctant to post. $45+k metal roof installation itself was fine, and I want to be clear about that. The crew did solid work initially. Unfortunately, everything after that has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. We had two roof leaks 1) near a vent that required multiple follow-ups. 2) was in…
I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Communication was clear, they showed up on time, and the quality of work was outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things right. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
Great service!!! Friendly people and great price! They work fast and are very respectful! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Reimagine Roofing did a great job on our roof replacement. Work was completed in a timely manner at a competitive price.
Great roofing technicians. Reasonable price. Really appreciated Reimagine keeping me in the loop for timing, and for working with my insurance company.
Reimagine Roofing provided a professional and efficient experience from start to finish. The process was clearly communicated and well organised. Haven was especially helpful and made the entire process easy by promptly addressing questions and ensuring everything moved smoothly. The work was completed on time and…
This roofing company was seriously impressive.
Reimagine Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We initially called the day before a major holiday and were told we would get a call back within two days. I am not sure if the holiday played a part, but no one called. I called back a few days later and explained I had previously called and never received…
Bailey was awesome to work with. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional and so attentive. I did not know installing a new roof was going to be such a pleasant experience. Thank you so much, Bailey!!
After the recent heavy rains, we discovered roof leaks on both our home and patio that were starting to cause interior damage. With the weekend approaching, I called at least a dozen companies trying to get an emergency inspection. Reimagine was the only one that said they could make it out the next day — and I’m so…
Be aware! Reimagine Roofing did my roof in 2022 and it had a leak immediately after the initial work which was supposedly fixed. The roof is leaking again in the same area since February 2025 and I have been calling every week to get it fixed (it is now October). Another roof contractor inspected the roof and found…
Everyone was very helpful. The crew was very proficient and worked very cleanly. When done they cleaned the entire area spotless.
Reimagine Roofing did such an amazing job I needed the roof replaced, Dannys teams were super helpful, made the whole process very easy so happy with the end results thank you so much.
Getting your rod replaced is stressful. Danny and his team were very helpful. The quality of the job was great. Very happy with the results!
Excellent service all the way through! Tanner kept me informed and made sure the entire process was easy to understand. The Reimagine Roofing team did a great job and I'm very impressed with the results. Strongly recommend them!
THE BEST SERVICE IN THE VALLEY!!!!! I had an issue arise when we had a leak that occurred after a storm it was resolved but my insurance stated that they wouldn’t renew our policy since the roof was over 15 years old. Danny and Kody understood the situation and they were great in getting this issue resolved. It was…
I would definitely recommend Reimagine Roofing. They were very helpful in explaining the whole process. I’m glad I scheduled an appointment to have them come out and am really happy with my roof replacement! Looks amazing and got a great deal :)
They took care of me quickly, did a great job and cleaned up well. Isaac did a good job addressing my concerns and he followed up to completion. Did a great job.
Time for a new roof? Reimagine Roofing provided several options for me to choose from for what my roof needed. Once I selected the option, they promptly scheduled an install date. They showed up as promised, and delivered! They cleaned up after each day, so no mess was left for neighbors to get upset about.…
Highly recommend! Excellent price when compared to competitors. Love the look of the roof. Responsive team. Consistent communication. The crew took amazing care of my dog when she escaped the yard, and took extra care to clean up to make sure nothing was left behind that she could step on it eat.
I'll just start by saying that the job did get done, but getting to that point was not a pleasant experience. I initially called Precision Metal Roofing to get a quote on a metal roof for a small mobile home and somehow instead of Precision calling me back I got Reimagine Roofing. Don't know if they're one in the…
Looking to get your roof repaired, these guys are great! Competitive pricing and great communication with each step. I felt confident with these guys working on our roof.
I love this company and would not want to use any other company for my roof installation. They were prompt and very neat in their work, which is quite important to me. They left my property clean, which again reiterate my feelings about the quality and care of their service. I am confident you won't find any company that could do a better job than them.
Great team, roofers, supervisor, sales. The work was thorough, and careful of plantings and grounds. cleanup excellent. Follow-up great. Also financing available.
Very quick tear down and install! Very professional, cleaned up all scraps and put back the gutter screens. I would use them again in the future.
Got a whole new roof and skylights which had sustained hail damage. Jeremy Landals made the process seamless and now my home is nice and dry.
All i can say is "WOW" !!! Their work is top notch, all employees were very professional and on time. They replaced my entire roof in two days and left the property cleaner than when they started. My new roof completely changed the look of my house, special Thank You to Jeff Ramsden for Guiding me thru the process. You cant go wrong with Reimagine Roofing
If you are looking for a company to blow your mind on workmanship this company is exceptional. Their work is outstanding and their attention to detail is next level. They went as far as scrubbing my drive way to cleaning my pool after they were completed. Truly a company others should model themselves after.
Very pleased with this experience. It was a pleasure working with Reimagine Roofing. The roofers were harding working and the customer service was A+! Would definitely recommend to everyone.
These guys did an amazing job I couldn't be happier for the work that they did. My roof was a disaster, and they came up with a game plan and knocked it out of the park. I was very pleased with all the questions I had and the quick answers they gave. They had a ton of work and finished way quicker than i would have…
Patrick was courteous, professional and did excellent workmanship! Responsive, spot on follow up and on time. Yes! I would recommend them! 👌
Derek is amazing to work with. He is completely transparent, very responsive, knowledgeable, and speedy. I 100% recommend this company to anybody needing roof work done on their home.
Derek and his team have been a pleasure to work with. We have contracted many of roofs with reimagine. It has been a nice easy seamless process with every project being handled in a very professional manner. We look forward to continuously working with reimagine.
Professional, roof was done in 2 days crew was great at what they do replaced the entire roof and fixed some facia boards in back that had come off. They worked well together and were very respectful to us and our home, they cleaned up the area well. The gentleman organizing the job, Adam, was on top of…
I would recommend Reimagine roofing for all of your needs! They are quick to come out and do an inspection as well as quick to give you an accurate quote!!! The process is smooth and simple!
Leah was very professional, detailed and informative. I highly recommend working with this efficient and friendly team.
This will be a long one- but I loooove this company! I'm not 100% sure how they found me, but my journey with them started back in July 2022 where a few really nice gentlemen offered to do a free roof inspection. I had no idea my roof was as bad as it was as the whole thing needed to be replaced, so I'm glad to have…
5 Star rating - would use this company again. My family and i had a roof done in 2012 by home depot which was done HORRIBLY and caused significant damage to our home. This caused us to be displaced from our home for a time causing significant hardship on us. Reimagine worked with us through every step and even went…
Amazing. Reimagine replaced our roof that is officially leak free and looks beautiful now! They also went above and beyond... we are building an ADU and the contractor did not install the roof properly. Reimagine came out, did an in depth look at it and found serious flaws to explain the severe leaking. They took…
The company did a great job Installing the new roof with skylights. Manuel the project was very helpful so were the roofers. When the job was finished they made sure they left the area clean. I would recommend this company to my friends and family Because of the great workmanship they done. Thank you reimagine Roofing
Excellent work.
Manuel and his team were great. Communicated every step of the way. Cleaned up daily and thoroughly once the job was completed. Great experience.
Very professional and quality service, I'm a happy customer, showed up on time, even when the temperature was freezing,
They were excellent in all ways.
Showed up on time, did the entire roof in one day. The roof looks amazing and they were clean and professional!
They did a fast and great job. Cleaned up after themselves. We think the roof looks very nice.
Fast and efficient hands on kept updated throughout project would definitely recommend looks great!
It was a pleasure experience working with such a professional company as Reimagine Roofing. Top notch care from Jeff the sales manager to Nick the project manager. I would highly recommend!
Very professional, on time, quick, great company
This crew was extremely meticulous and efficient. They arrived early morning, unloaded and immediately set up materials to protect landscaping & fixtures. Cleanup was an all hands on deck endeavor and they left the grounds as clean as they found them. The entire process for my 2 story home was done in less than 8…
I just finished my project with Reimagine Roof, I will say the experience was great due to Eric, who did the initial inspection and despite passing my project to the build team kept communicating constantly with me and solving the many issues that came up. I know issues come up in a project, Eric responded to all my…
Workers arrived first thing in the morning and worked all day to place our new roof. Excellent work, and the project manager, Anthony, was terrific about consistent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend.
The crew worked fast, completing the job in one day. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the area afterwards.
I've worked with Reimagine Roofing on several projects in the Phoenix Valley as well as Prescott. Tony in particular has been incredible to work with at Reimagine. He's professional and gets the job done correctly. Each one of the homeowners that had their project done by Tony is always thrilled with the results.
I had john Soto help me though the whole process he was very professional he communicated every step of the way with me I recently lost my husband and I am an owner operator so I am rarely ever home and when my roof was blown off because of the storm I didn’t know what to do It wasn’t like I could just take time off…
Our $50,000 nightmare experience with Reimagine Roofing has been going on for over 6 months. It took months for Reimagine to schedule our new roof. While removing the old roof, the workmen broke through our ceiling in several places, but sprayed material on the roof anyway. It leaked through and sprayed everywhere…
Reimagine replaced the patio roof and then the main roof of our house. They had several managers checking the work throughout the process and checking frequently to see if we had any questions or concerns. They have been very responsive from the beginning and kept us updated on progress. Work was begun a week after…
Great experience with Reimagine. First time ever having a roof done on my home and it went much better than what I was thinking it was going to be. Crew was great, fast and thorough. Chris our project manager was communicative which I was most pleased with.
First off I just want to start out by saying how grateful I am to Kennedy for connecting me with Reimagine. Kennedy is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Reimagine is lucky to have a person like her. The company has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Response times are very fast, they’re professional, and know what they’re…
I’m all about exceptional communication AND service no matter who I work with, for, or help. From the very beginning my contact, Kennedy was ON POINT!! She knows A LOT and is definitely on top of her job and responsibilities! I tend to ask tons of questions, because I need to make sure my clients are more than…
I had my roof redone about a year with Reimagine Roofing which all went great. But what I want to praise even more is this summer we noticed our AC Drain wasn't place quite right and was dripping down the roof and on to the Patio. Reimagine Roofing, particular Steve came out and fixed it, but then noticed it could…
Reimagine Roofing is an exceptional roofing company, and Eric Jacobsen was a fantastic project manager. For 20 years, we have been struggling with leaks in the flat roof of our 1960s house. Eric took the time to listen carefully to us, examine the roof analytically, and develop a customized reroofing approach to…
Great service and very pleased with our shade structures!!
We highly recommend Reimagine Roofing. They were one of a few companies willing to do a more complex roof, a clay 100% boosted roof. We called quite a few companies prior and many wanted to talk us out of it because they didn’t want to do the extra labor. That was not the case with Reimagine Roofing. They were more…
The guys out of Las Vegas were great! Communication about every aspect was there. Questions answered in 24 hours or less. The work crew was really good and the cleanup was very good. Really just Above and Beyond!!! Thank You Reimagined Roofing out of Las Vegas!!!! Kathleen in GV, AZ

Reimagine roofing replaced our roof. Firstly, their customer service is exceptional. Anthony was communicative and friendly. Their crew that came out left the site better than they found it and returned everything, including sun shades where they were supposed to be. Secondly, they were ridiculously efficient. It…
The project manager super to work with. Installers very professional and courteous. Definitely a top shelf company.
I cannot express enough words to share my positive experience with Re-Imagine Roofing. We had a national solar company first ruin our roof, and then just left us hanging to solve our own problem…..When we contacted Eric and Re-Imagine, it was the beginning of a great 3 month project to properly identify, scope,…

Really enjoyed having this company replace our roof. Very courteous punctual! Always cleaned up at the end of the day. Great workers and employees. We highly recommend Reimagine Roofing! Thank you!
The crew in the Portland OR area did a top notch roof removal and installation. Great communication, prompt service, very quick installation, and a very thorough clean-up. Couldn’t be happier with the roofing process start to finish.
After deciding to go Solar, we found out that our roof needed to be replaced. Wasn't too surprised as we did move into an older home that has some" charming" characteristics even after an investor flipped it. We let our solar company handle who to partner with to replace our roof and I couldn't be happier with who…
Mike from Reimagine Roofing was so great to work with. He was extremely communicative from start to finish and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. He took great care of us and he and his crew did a fabulous job. Definitely went above and beyond!
If you need to repair your roof, or sections, or replace your roof altogether, and you are not using reimagine roofing…you’re doing it all wrong. I cannot express in words how wonderful, professional, reliable and caring these guys are, and it’s not a one time situation, it’s literally the core of what this company…
These Guys Rock! Daniel was my primary interface and he got Andres on the line to help me pick a roof color. He/they took me to several vendor websites and dude knows roofs -- the roof-color varied a bit from the website but is exactly as Andres described -- Perfect! Pablo and his crew stole the show! First day…
Adrian and his team are hands down the best contracting crew we’ve ever had do work for us. Their work was top notch with professionalism, speed and quality. Tony and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and satisfied with the install of our new roof. Despite some glitches, Tony made the best out of a bad situation and did his best to make everything right. We have been through several storms with the new roof and are happy to report no leaks or issues. We recommend this company.
Absolutely mind blown on how amazing our roof looks! They were all very professional and polite. The tear down was quick as well as the installation. Also very pleased with the clean up they did when the job was done, it’s like they were never here. Would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!!

They're great! Nick came out and took care of the job quickly and did an amazing job. I'll be using these guys in the future.
The employees with Reimagine Roofing were always on time and very professional. The final product looks amazing. We are very happy with our new roof.
Eric Jacobsen and his crew did repair work for us on our roof in the past which was so great! We needed to have our roof completely redone this time and our go to is Eric and the Reimagine Roofing company do the job :)) Once again they worked with us on every step of the way, answering all our questions, always…
Our roof looks way better than the original roof. They keep me updated with the work they where doing every day I got an email on there progress . On the last they did a final inspection of the roof and they did a great job in cleaning up. I have No problem in telling anybody if you need a new or repair Call these…
Great experience. First class all the way
After fighting with the insurance company for a couple months. Reimagine stepped in and assisted until they got the approval from the insurance company. Always keeping me updated. Absolutely everyone from the office staff to the installers, and especially the gentleman fighting with the insurance company were very…
