They arrived at 8:30 AM and did a walk around to see what ducts they had to clean. Began promptly and completed the job by 11 AM. Great job. They ‘guessed’ that the ducts had never been cleaned since the house was built in 1964.

Service Tech Andrew Westpfahl was out today for a maintenance service on my A/C. Andrew arrived earlier than scheduled (which was great freed up rest of my day). Andrew was knowledgeable, polite and very thorough during the time at my residence. Andrew is an excellent representative of Reimer.

David Muniz did a great job servicing our AC. They gave some excellent advice on the care of system . Hope to see them next Fall for our furnace tune-up. Gold standard of employees

Drew Eckman was great. He really did a thorough job when checking our furnace and made suggestions based on urgency which is helpful when there’s a lot going on and you have to attack one thing at a time. Looking forward to having him come back to fix the identified issues. I recommend!
