Chris figured out the issue fast, made it painless to get our ac working.

IAC was not functional because of unknown issue. Issue turned out to be SEVERELY Frozen Coil. Your technician tested all parts interior and exterior and determined the cause was a clogged exhaust pipe that caused water to back up and freeze. When my A/C Broke, I called Reimer. They sent someone out the same day to fix. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Price was reasonable too. Patrick is a great guy and super knowledgeable. I’ll be having them come to service my HVAC from now on.

David was very efficient and didn’t seem to mind my excessive questions. He explained what was wrong with my system and things I can do to try to prevent future issues. He even didn’t mind my dogs trying to check out the situation.

Andrew did the best with what we had. AC capacitor blew and he replaced it as requested and was very honest with a full diagnosis. Thank you!

Charlie Van Vorst the tech came to our home for an emergency after hours AC service. He was fantastic. Very pleasant, courteous and honest. He did a wonderful job and stayed to make everything was fixed and done right!!! Cannot say enough about charlie and Reimer!!! Very happy!!

I had Derrick come and service my air conditioner he said I cut the line with my weed Wacker I thought the price was a little high but Derrick was very plesent and very accommodating .

I want to give big kudos to Chris Amsdill for fixing the air conditioner after we struggled with issues for 2 years. Drew was very polite, knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection!!! He was an excellent spokesperson for the company!!! Maybe this review didn’t go through, so I’ll add to it. The installation crew had to be the “A” team! Great guys and they did great work!!!

Reimer came out quickly for the repair request. I put it in around 8 or 9pm the night before and they were out at 9:30am. The tech was very respectful of the property.
