IAC was not functional because of unknown issue. Issue turned out to be SEVERELY Frozen Coil. Your technician tested all parts interior and exterior and determined the cause was a clogged exhaust pipe that caused water to back up and freeze. When my A/C Broke, I called Reimer. They sent someone out the same day to fix. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Price was reasonable too. Patrick is a great guy and super knowledgeable. I’ll be having them come to service my HVAC from now on.

David was very efficient and didn’t seem to mind my excessive questions. He explained what was wrong with my system and things I can do to try to prevent future issues. He even didn’t mind my dogs trying to check out the situation.

Andrew did the best with what we had. AC capacitor blew and he replaced it as requested and was very honest with a full diagnosis. Thank you!

Charlie Van Vorst the tech came to our home for an emergency after hours AC service. He was fantastic. Very pleasant, courteous and honest. He did a wonderful job and stayed to make everything was fixed and done right!!! Cannot say enough about charlie and Reimer!!! Very happy!!

I had Derrick come and service my air conditioner he said I cut the line with my weed Wacker I thought the price was a little high but Derrick was very plesent and very accommodating .

I want to give big kudos to Chris Amsdill for fixing the air conditioner after we struggled with issues for 2 years. I just got a new air conditioning unit last summer when my old one stopped working, I was told my unit was very old, and so I got a brand new one. Came back from a week away and our AC wasn't working so I gave Reimer a call. Three hours later (on a Sunday night no less) we were up and running again. If you are in the Rochester area, I highly recommend Reimer and Alex Hinkley!

Dudtin was very polite, patient, calm and super technically sound. He took his time to explain everything to me. He found out and fixed issues that would have cost me a lot of money if he didn't find them during his annual inspection of my furnace.

Reimer just installed a new furnace for me, and I've also used them for various small plumbing issues, as well as AC and furnace repair on older units. Service has always been prompt and professional with high quality work. Smaller repairs have always been done for a reasonable price rather than up-selling a larger unnecessary job.

Installation of water filtration system and repair AC. Phenomenal customer service. There were 3 workers here. One for air conditioning service and 2 to install water system. Very knowledgeable, nice men. Explained everything to me and showed me. The air conditioner repairman showed me the problems with the sir conditioner and the furnace.

Lou did a great job! Was friendly, came on the same day and quickly fixed our issue.
