We had Seth Bykowski in our home today to do maintenance on our a/c and he is a pleasure and will be always welcomed in our home..also had Andrew Lorenz here a week later to flush my hot water tank .. he also was very pleasant …nothing to say bad about any of their workers !!!

Had a very plugged up bathroom sink and problems with my kitchen sink. Appointment was made, no Issues. Tech was very pleasant, answered my question and didn’t mind Mr. Barks-a-lot, my basset

Answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing.

We had Corey come and do furnace and humidifier tune up and cleaning. He was personable, knowledgeable and really helpful! He also installed the UV air cleaning system. It’s definately all made a difference! It was part of our service plan, so no extra payment other than for new UV.

9/01 Will did a routine maintainance check of our furnaces. He has serviced our home before too. He was professional and courteous and answered all of our questions. Always reassuring to have him here.

Tyler Dean and Chris Reimer were great! They answered all of my questions and gave me a thorough understanding of the concerns in my building.

Will came out to check our air conditioner for the season today. He explained everything as he checked them & made recommendations when he was finished. We will definitely continue with Reimer.

Second visit by Reimer today 9/12/25. Trey Esquilin put in a pressure valve. His work was excellent. Trey is a very personable individual. I highly recommend Trey for your plumbing needs. Same with Michell.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Ken during the service/repair call. He identified some continuing issues that were likely involved in the furnace/blower outage and things that will need to be addressed.

Drew Eckman was great. He really did a thorough job when checking our furnace and made suggestions based on urgency which is helpful when there’s a lot going on and you have to attack one thing at a time. Looking forward to having him come back to fix the identified issues. I recommend!

Jerry Gorecki did a thorough check of my boiler, explained and cleaned up the additional wear and tear since I found some in 07/23, and gave me options based on his experience and what he found; having an informed opinion to be proactive is very important to me and he exceeded what I thought he would do during his routine visit.
