Brandon did a thorough and professional job today. He was not supposed to be at our home, but after we waited till 2pm for our maintenance trch...who should have come between 9 and 2, I called Reimer . They then dispatched Brandon. Very, very pleased with tech Scott. He was very knowledge and was able to trouble shoot why I had the issue I did with my furnace. He explained several options to a fix before I would have to replace my furnace. My overall experience with Reimer is very good and I would recommend their service.

Ivica did a very thorough job on my heating units. He cleaned them and checked them thoroughly, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

We had Corey come and do furnace and humidifier tune up and cleaning. He was personable, knowledgeable and really helpful! He also installed the UV air cleaning system. It’s definately all made a difference! It was part of our service plan, so no extra payment other than for new UV.

Chris was great during our furnace check up. He worked cleanly, was friendly, and explained what he was doing along with the results of his inspection. I have a dog and cat and Chris was very respectful of making sure he did not leave the basement or front door open. I would have him back anytime. Reimer has never disappointed!

Our furnace had a puddle around its base. Upon inspection we were informed by Lou that our pump and heating element needed replacement . When we considered this repair cost and the 11 year age of our furnace, we discussed the option of putting in a new furnace and decided to replace it.
