Brandon did a thorough and professional job today. He was not supposed to be at our home, but after we waited till 2pm for our maintenance trch...who should have come between 9 and 2, I called Reimer . They then dispatched Brandon. I have no complaints about him. Reimers scheduling though is bad. They were not even honest about it when I called!

Will was great! Took the time walk me through some resolutions to some issue we’ve been experiencing. Also gave several different options and personal opinions.

Very, very pleased with tech Scott. He was very knowledge and was able to trouble shoot why I had the issue I did with my furnace. He explained several options to a fix before I would have to replace my furnace. My overall experience with Reimer is very good and I would recommend their service.

Ivica did a very thorough job on my heating units. He cleaned them and checked them thoroughly, going above and beyond what I would have expected.

We had Corey come and do furnace and humidifier tune up and cleaning. He was personable, knowledgeable and really helpful! He also installed the UV air cleaning system. It’s definately all made a difference! It was part of our service plan, so no extra payment other than for new UV.

Great experience. Explained everything in great detail and work was done quickly and neatly. You can tell he takes extreme pride in his work!

Joseph did a wonderful job plus was very cordial and informative.

My initial experience with Reimer was good, however, subsequent visits were nothing more than oversells and outrageously high charges, which were blamed on their headquarters company in California. They've lost my patronage forever.
