The technician was knowledgeable and put in the extra effort to solve my problem which we never found.

Late night furnace failure for an elderly relative. They answered the phone immediately and dispatched Branden who arrived not long after. He got us up and running quickly. Also no extra charge for the after hours appearance.

Tyler was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy! He went above and beyond in customer service efforts!! People need this when facing a furnace replacement during a significant cold snap!!! Highly recommended!!!

Last Friday, one of our coldest recent days, my tenant came home to no heat. We couldn't get the pilot to stay lit, so I called Reimer after hours. They sent Keith and he was great. Quick and efficient and pleasant despite the late hour. He replaced the thermocouple, and it's been working great. Thanks Keith!

Michael was great. He diagnosed the problem in no time and scheduled the work to be completed the next day. This is the second time we have called Reimer. Both times we were happy with their work and professionalism. They have clients for life!

Matt did a great job installing a UV system in my furnace to kill mildew forming there. He was very pleasant, explained everything well and left the basement as he found it. (Just with less mildew in the furnace.)

Came in a hour or two , my boiler pipes were singing a terrible song. He came in and found out that there was low pressure and air in the pipes he did his thing and fixing it. Thank you so much.

This is second time Reimer has responded quickly to a furnace issue at one of my apartments. Of course the problem occurred during a very cold spell. They had the furnace up and running within a day. My tenants and I were grateful for the prompt professional service.

Chris Petruzzi recently did the yearly maintenance for our HVAC. He was prompt, polite and professional. He made sure I knew how to change the filter and knew the timeline to change it. Thanks Chris!

Paying a service fee along with the fixed job price is not right. If you pay for the job, service fees should be waived. FOLLOW UP Reimer later called to inform me that the service fee charge was in error. They quickly corrected this. Their work on the job was professionally performed and I would recommend them.
