new ac works well but the installation was messy and they left so much debris everywhere. l was told that they would do the cleanup, but they left so much debris on my laundry folding table and the table where I keep all my laundry items.

We have had Reimer do a few things in our home. They have installed a new furnace and done yearly check ups on it and most recently cleaned out our plumbing vent and drains and replaced our toilet, shut off valve and water lines. Brady came out today to check on a leak in my furnace. He assessed the situation and found out quickly what was happening. Fixed the problem and also provided some very helpful information concerning my AC unit. Super knowledgeable and kind. Desiree and Jenn from the office were friendly as well. TY! My initial experience with Reimer was good, however, subsequent visits were nothing more than oversells and outrageously high charges, which were blamed on their headquarters company in California. They've lost my patronage forever.

Furnace tuneup. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.

I was very pleased with the service I got, from the ordering to the installation. Chris, Kevin,Akhlak were all courteous and efficient. Want to thank Nick Andrews for coming out and showing me how to replace furnace filter. He did a great job and was very courteous.

Corey was great to deal with. Came out at 7:30 pm, during the Super Bowl. Honest answers, and assured us it would be done the very next day. And just notified 5e crew is on their way to installed new furnace.

Tyler and Mike were both very polite. They cleaned up all materials, and left no mess. Tyler apologized a number of times for not getting here til 3:45. We replaced our furnace and A/C unit with Reimer this year. They were very transparent with costs and features of what we were buying. Both visits the installations were completed very quickly! Friendly service!

Keith was great and knowledgeable. He tackle the issue and was able to get me an appointment less than 2 days.
