Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process of cleaning and replacing new parts to our furnace. We appreciated his knowledge, kindness and his full explanation of what he was doing.

Did a great job today with our first annual inspection since buying our furnace in November 2024. Thoroughly explained all of our questions that we had worked cleanly and efficiency, and we had some great conversation in between. Excellent business acumen, and a very good representation of the Reimer product

Much moisture on interior windows; furnace making unusual sound. Matt adjusted the humidifier setting; no problems detected. Very courteous & efficient tech.

Just had our annual boiler visit and our technician (Ken) couldn’t have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. He addressed our maintenance issues and gave us great advice on what we can do to prevent any future issues with our heating system. We have trusted Reimer for over 20 years and won’t go with anyone else. Completely satisfied with our service!

Corey from Reimer Home Services performed the yearly maintenance on my Navien Combi unit. He was very pleasant, professional and approachable. In addition to the regular maintenance he noticed that the pump that removes excess water from the system needed to be flushed so he did that while he was here. I recommend him highly.

Technician arrived on time. Inspected my air conditioner and found no problem. He did advise that my hot water tank should be replaced in the near future and gave me a cost estimate. That will be put on my to do list as soon as I pay off the air conditioner.

Michael W. from Reimer came out to give my furnace a tune-up, and discovered my furnace needs to be replaced. He explained why and showed me pictures of the inside of my furnace. We went over my options. Reimer will be installing a new and more efficient furnace.

Jerry Gorecki did a thorough check of my boiler, explained and cleaned up the additional wear and tear since I found some in 07/23, and gave me options based on his experience and what he found; having an informed opinion to be proactive is very important to me and he exceeded what I thought he would do during his routine visit.

The furnace issue was very minor but required a quick service call to resolve. Furnace insulation got pulled into blower motor fan creating much noise and vibration. Easy fix. 10/30/23 Maintenance service on furnace. All good. A 15 yr old machine that will need replacement or fixes down the road. All good today.

We called them because our heat wasn’t working. They were able to come within a few hours. By the time they got here our heat was working again but they were nice enough to stay any check everything out and give it a tuneup. Both the customer service and technician were great. We would highly recommend.

Reimer has been coming out for preventive maintenance on my furnace and a/c for a few years now. Whoever comes out is always timely and courteous. This visit was Scott, but they are all top notch, right down to the people who answer the phone. Would highly recommend them.

Plumber, Chris, was very customer service friendly and knowledgeable. He was concerned about the status of our hot water tank due to its age and wear & tear. Took care of us with purchasing new tankless hot water system and fixing some other plumbing issues in the house also.

To put it simply. The service man was professional and informative about my furnace. Did a great job and would not want another company to take of it. Also the office staff is efficient and kind.

Careless business trying to upsell items that are not even bad. Highly recommend getting a second opinion before giving this company business. They just want to replace everything instead of trying to repair. Now after reading a 2 million dollar judgment against Reimer this morning, I am counting my blessing that I did not use them.
