The technician who came to my home for a scheduled HVAC maintenance appointment, Zach Joslyn, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He went beyond his call of duty to answer questions and concerns I had with my system. He was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with. He is definitely a positive asset to the Reimer team!

While I was in Fort Drum for military obligations, my wife woke up to no heat in a cold house with our new born child. I called Reimer at 5am and and they quickly put me to the top of their list for service calls that day. Kevin the technician that came out was very thorough and professional. My wife felt safe and… Read full review

To put it simply. The service man was professional and informative about my furnace. Did a great job and would not want another company to take of it. Also the office staff is efficient and kind.

We had our furnace serviced by Chris Reece. He was friendly, helpful, thorough, and he explained every step of the process and why he was doing what he was doing. He was on time, courteous and I do not see any reason to use any other HVAC/Plumbing service. I would like to nominate him for 'Employee of the Year' Thank you.

Reimer installed both a A/C unit and furnace for my family last year. They do didn't try to oversell me and provided me with a couple of cost saving rebates. Since then I have taken advantage of a maintenance plan were they send their knowledge and friendly techs out to make sure the A/C is running right in the… Read full review

Technician was clear and helpful in explaining what he was doing and what was going on with my furnace. I’m satisfied with the service and recommend others to it.

Reimer heating and cooling services gets 5 stars and HVAC Tech Andrew was very professional, on time, courteous and polite while servicing my furnace! Will definitely request him back for future services!

Careless business trying to upsell items that are not even bad. Highly recommend getting a second opinion before giving this company business. They just want to replace everything instead of trying to repair. Now after reading a 2 million dollar judgment against Reimer this morning, I am counting my blessing that I did not use them.

Derrick came to tune up our furnace today and did a great job. He explained and showed me everything in terms I could understand and wasn’t pushy about spending thousands of dollars on anything that was unnecessary. Will use this service again.

On coldest day of year, my furnace stopped working. THANK YOU REIMER FOR QUICK SAME DAY SERVICE!

We have used this company for many years to install and maintain our heating system. Their employees are always pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone seaking heating system repair maintenance or installation.

Had our furnace serviced that was over due by a couple years. Lou put our minds at ease by answering all our concerns. He was a wealth of information, showed up on time and left no mess. We have had other companies due work at our house and left us a mess. Thanks for the peace of mind Reimer and Lou!
