I’ve used Reimer for years, and would recommend them to anyone. They are professional, efficient and reasonably priced. My most recent experience with James has been the best one yet. Incredibly professional, and work so clean you could eat off of it.

Matt was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process of cleaning and replacing new parts to our furnace. We appreciated his knowledge, kindness and his full explanation of what he was doing.

Our furnace checkup was efficient and informative with Seth. Photos helped alot also! Appreciate very much his ability to explain everything.

Ken did a great job explaining the potential issues, describing what he was doing, and giving general advice. He resolved the problem we were having.

Did a great job today with our first annual inspection since buying our furnace in November 2024. Thoroughly explained all of our questions that we had worked cleanly and efficiency, and we had some great conversation in between. Excellent business acumen, and a very good representation of the Reimer product

Drew and his colleague did an excellent job and were very thorough in explaining the work that they were doing.

Much moisture on interior windows; furnace making unusual sound. Matt adjusted the humidifier setting; no problems detected. Very courteous & efficient tech.

Just had our annual boiler visit and our technician (Ken) couldn’t have been friendlier and more knowledgeable. He addressed our maintenance issues and gave us great advice on what we can do to prevent any future issues with our heating system. We have trusted Reimer for over 20 years and won’t go with anyone else. Completely satisfied with our service!

Corey from Reimer Home Services performed the yearly maintenance on my Navien Combi unit. He was very pleasant, professional and approachable. In addition to the regular maintenance he noticed that the pump that removes excess water from the system needed to be flushed so he did that while he was here. I recommend him highly.

My experience today was phenomenal, with faster-than-expected response time, friendly office staff (Priscila), and a great service technician, David. I appreciated David’s thoroughness, willingness to educate me on my home’s heat system, and overall professionalism. Great experience!

Technician arrived on time. Inspected my air conditioner and found no problem. He did advise that my hot water tank should be replaced in the near future and gave me a cost estimate. That will be put on my to do list as soon as I pay off the air conditioner.
