Last Friday, one of our coldest recent days, my tenant came home to no heat. We couldn't get the pilot to stay lit, so I called Reimer after hours. They sent Keith and he was great. Quick and efficient and pleasant despite the late hour. He replaced the thermocouple, and it's been working great. Thanks Keith!

Terrible,called to say he would be here in 20 minutes,then half an hour later the secretary calls to say that he could not get down my street.Im sitting on the enclosed porch waiting watching cars come down my street.Oh and he already took another call to service another customer and could not get to us until tomorrow.Not Happy At All!!!!!

Nick was super quick, friendly and patient. The most expensive part was the filters i have to use for the system through no fault of theirs. They had my house back to warmth within 2 hours of calling. Will definitely call for future needs.

My tankless water heater (which was installed by a different company) was not performing well. Marty from Reimer could have dismissed my problem but no: he went the extra mile for me and my wife!! I had these guys come out and inspect my furnace, Ken showed up and went over it in quick time. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me along with photos. I appreciate his honesty and him not pushing me to buy unnecessary things.

We had our furnace replaced on Sunday. We found a leak on Tuesday. The company sent someone right out to check out our issue and made sure the new set up was in great working condition. There was no cost involved.

The quote I received to replace my furnace was way overpriced. I received other quotes that were half as much. The service tech that came on the call was very professional and pleasant.

Andrew, the responding technian to my condo was very professional and polite! He explained everything and answered all my questions!

Starting with the woman who setup the appointment to the service tech, I had an overall good experience. Andrew was great. Very knowledgeable, willing to explain and educate me on what he was doing and his approach as he went through his process of elimination. Most importantly he was able to find and fix the problem.

Chris Reese came out to my house for a furnace problem. He was professional and very nice. Chris was very clear and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and discussed my options. I appreciated his service and would recommend him to friends and family!

John was timely, informative and efficient.

They made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Derrick went in my crawlspace twice once to evaluated the issue, he had to order a special part and the second time went in the crawlspace and conducted the job, within five minutes. My tenants had heat I would recommend Reimer to anyone with heating and cooling issues.
