new ac works well but the installation was messy and they left so much debris everywhere. l was told that they would do the cleanup, but they left so much debris on my laundry folding table and the table where I keep all my laundry items.

John was excellent in his first visit and was very detailed in explaining how our current system was operating and giving us our best options going forward. I was very pleased with the service I got, from the ordering to the installation. Chris, Kevin,Akhlak were all courteous and efficient. Want to thank Nick Andrews for coming out and showing me how to replace furnace filter. He did a great job and was very courteous.

Tyler and Mike were both very polite. They cleaned up all materials, and left no mess. Tyler apologized a number of times for not getting here til 3:45. When they left that evening he said give it 12 hours to heat everything up. At 10:30 ,that evening I was at 68, which felt wonderful for not having heat for 3 days.… Read full review

From initial meeting and trouble shooting to final install everything went great! All various components were explained, maintenance was reviewed, and change of setting demo stated.

Adam was polite and professional and quickly diagnosed my problem and help with options for solutions.

Reimer techs were professional, polite, and KNOWLEDGABLE! We highly recommend the services they provide! Will Beilein did a great job. I will request him in the future!
