new ac works well but the installation was messy and they left so much debris everywhere. l was told that they would do the cleanup, but they left so much debris on my laundry folding table and the table where I keep all my laundry items.

John was excellent in his first visit and was very detailed in explaining how our current system was operating and giving us our best options going forward. I was very pleased with the service I got, from the ordering to the installation. Chris, Kevin,Akhlak were all courteous and efficient. Want to thank Nick Andrews for coming out and showing me how to replace furnace filter. He did a great job and was very courteous.

Tyler and Mike were both very polite. They cleaned up all materials, and left no mess. Tyler apologized a number of times for not getting here til 3:45. The three installers Gavin, Tyler and Carmen were very professional and also very helpful. The project was completed with generosity of spirit and grace.

Needed emergency short notice furnace replacement 1 day before epic Buffalo snow storm with major low temperatures due. The Reimer team of John Hammill, Josue Lewis and Nick and Mark Trigilio made it all happen. I will be finishing up the A/C portion come spring time. Highly recommended these guys and Reimer for your HVAC needs

I was very happy with the service I received from Reimer HomeServices. They did not pressure me and they answered all of my questions. All of my interactions were professional.

We asked Chris about air conditioning. He was helpful and able to give us an estimate on the spot. Within 24 hours, a crew (Dean and Gavin) were at our house installing AC. Everyone was personable and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for a great job!
