Corey Leger is the man! He took me through all the issues he found re: original installation of my heat pump and explained what was wrong and how/when it should be addressed. He also liked my dog.

Been a customer for years. In fact, it's our 2nd house having Reimer as our main service contractor. Highly recommended for your heating & cooling needs.

I have a water leak in my old basement pipes and few other messy plumbing issues. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I received including the ease of getting on the schedule fast. Evan Birkemeler came out and quickly identified the cause of the leak and walked me through exactly what would be needed… Read full review

Knowledgeable about the plumbing situation and was sure to do true testing of each concern. He was warm and friendly about how to best handle the problems. Happy to have made Reimer my choice for repairs.

Will did a great job in servicing my furnace

We were very frustrated with this company’s “estimate” of the work we needed done. The quote of $4,200 includes basically replumbing my college age daughter’s condo. It felt like they were throwing in anything they could to drive up the cost including cutting into walls and potentially flooring. We had the broken… Read full review

Mohammed was excellent. Highly professional and knowledgeable; very courteous. I regret not getting a few estimates. I think I overpaid - PRV installation.

Chris Lorenz is a rockstar. Came out and diagnosed the issue immediately. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond!

Excellent communication, courteous, knowledgeable and fair.

Todd was very knowledgeable and professional!

After contacting Reimer for or problem, Todd Taton came to our home . What a great and professional job he did removing an old rusty gas pipe in our crawl space. He went out of his way to paint our outside rusty meter, took all the old pipe , check to see the stove and furnace were running and made us feel safe… Read full review

Our house is a challenge to figure out repairs due to the footage and complexity of how it was built. The technician Mike, was not intimidated like so many plumbers that have entered and then walked out. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and so nice to deal with. We are so grateful we had someone resourceful at… Read full review

They had a really big plumbing job to do inside and outside. They guys were polite, respectful, and hard working! Some of them were there for over 10 hours. They kept us apprised of the situation every step of the way. Our pups loved them too and they took time to give them lots of pets. 10/10 recommend

Todd and Mike were very nice. They explained everything they were doing. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up everything when they finished.

Professional, neat, put in extra time to get the job done right

Josh was here.He installed my new valve. Did an excellent job and I would really appreciate it if you gave him a raise!

Had installation of new water lines in my basement. Plumber was great and knowledgeable of what he was doing. Thanks again. I will be reaching out for future projects for sure.

We are always extremely happy with Reimer. We have used their services now for over 25 years.

Thanks to Josh for the complete professionalism! Our shower trim kit needed to be updated along with some plumbing updates. Work was done exactly as described and they were able to do it the same day which was a big help! I am appreciative of the service and attentiveness that we were afforded. Mike M. came to my house to fix a drainage issue in the basement and to also install a new kitchen faucet. Mike was extremely friendly to me and did exemplary work on the two jobs. Highly recommend Reimer for many interior house repairs and improvements.

Good timing and responsive

Marty was incredible! He was so personable and kind and knowledgeable.

Whether it’s been a repair or an upgrade, we have always had fast service, polite employees and most importantly Honesty about what the problem is, how to fix it and fair pricing! I always say It’s better to be fair and honest so the customer comes back over and over than to take advantage and make money just one time! We are lifers with Reimer’s:-)

Bryce & Evan from Reiner came to home and replaced an old sump pump and discharge tubes. They were amazing. I would definitely recommend. Quality work!

I was in need of a quick response to repair a boiler that was incorrectly serviced by another well known company. Reimer responded and provided multiple alternatives. The service was not cheap but I felt comfortable with the resolution.

So happy with this company. They installed a tankless hot water heater a week ago and when we ran into an unrelated plumbing issue this week with a pump in our yard we called them back. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be using them for years to come.

Had Chris L and Sheldon come by to tear out and replace an old concrete slop sink, replace a sump pump with a much nicer one, and replace the old galvanized piping in the basement. Both of them were incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. The way I was treated left me feeling like… Read full review
