Don’t send that guy here no more his communication and happy skills are off mad I ever started calling this company about 5k in so my loss for not building a relationship with a local professional these people come to your house soulless and heartless or maybe they just don’t get out enough to communicate with colored people ‼️🤷🏿‍♂️

Cody was amazing. Very professional and easy to talk to. With a one toilet house when a "easy repair" goes sideways on a holiday, there is no one I would trust but Reimer! Joe N. was dispatched to work on my power flush toilet. He has over 15 years experience and got my power flush up and running very quickly. Very personable, honest and reliable. Definitely will be calling Reimer again and requesting Joe for plumbing projects. I've used Reimer in the past and they always deliver great results.

Joe N was very helpful and got us a great deal on a new toilet that started leaking yesterday. He showed up on time and with all the answers we were looking for. Also, super honest and straight forward with us. Happy that we were able to get it figured out in a quick manner.

Sam did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and was completely honest throughout the process. I was extremely satisfied with the work and help that Steven Lake provided the 2 times he was at my home to solve several problems He is very professional, knowledgeable, a great problem solver, and helpful. Jeffrey Didio replaced a a toilet seat cover. He selected a better quality than was on it. It is just what I wanted. He was polite and professional.

The technician was here quickly and offered to fix my toilet or install a new one. I chose a new one and he put it in within a half an hour! I greatly appreciate Reimer!

You are terribly overpriced, highway robbery. I needed a toilet handle replaced. He charged me $50.00 for the part and said that’s what it costs anywhere. Afterwards I checked Home Depot and it cost approximately &12.00 for the same part. Shame on you for ripping off your customers. Never again Reimer.

Ken Hill came in today and did a fantastic job on my AC issue. Ken took his time to explain the problem and offer the membership to Riemer and the services i can get with it. Ken was a very nice person.

Joe was very knowledgeable and curteous. We enjoyed having him in our home.

Have 2 broken toilets. Mike came out promptly and attempted to fix them with no luck getting a working handle. He was very courteous and efficient. Unfortunately the quoted price to replace the toilets completely was around 1k each, so we will not be using them for the replacements.

$292+tax for $30 worth of parts for toilet that wasn’t flushing right. At the time when given cost I guess I thought it was something serious. Only to research later to see how ridiculous this was. Had a problem with a sink. Called after dinner and someone was here within an hours time. Fixed the problem in a very efficient manner. Price for repair was reasonable. Join Their Club You'll Save Money. Yearly Maintenance On Furnace, Air, Hot Water Tank. This Company Has The Nicest Most Curtious People. There's No Hard Sell. Try Them.

Sam was here today to do a hot water tank flush and plumbing inspection. Very professional and was willing to talk about a few other issues that I had. He ended up helping with our biggest problem, the master bath toilet. That was a very large plus. All is working out and will contact Reimer for our next service.

Kevin replaced all the parts in my Kohler toilet.
