I have the maintenance plan for a few years now, and the technicians have all been great. Had to have the furnace replaced. My initial contact and subsequent service techs were professional and careful in removing and then installing the furnace. Outstanding job, thank you!

Our technician alerted us to his time of arrival and arrived right on time. He was extremely courteous and very competent. He made sure every thing was in perfect working order before he left. i have always found all Reiner technicians to be first class and our tech today was no exception!

The crew arrived on time, and finished in one day. Once installed, they made sure everything was cleaned up and that we understood the new controls. Couldn't have asked for better service from the estimate to job completion.

I called to get an estimate for 5 Mitsubishi mini splits 18,000 btu, I told them I just want the price over the phone and they said I have to do it in person when I am in the house. I called again to get someone else on the line and same thing happened, they say on the website and on the phone recording that they would do estimates over the phone, but that's a lie, false advertising. They are not transparent with prices. I called another company and Right away I was told the price and I am scheduled to install all 5 units.
