We decided to treat ourselves to a Relax Salt Room experience. I had never had an experience quite like this, as I found myself transcended to a rather quiet, peaceful state of self reflection and relaxation. Just the aura of the event was enough to fill my being with a kind of overall soothing feeling. I think/know the rest of my day was much more productive. I and look forward to a repeat visit. My wife treats all the ladies that visit our home to the Salt Room experience. Michael Roach

Really enjoyed the whole experience from being greeted, preparing a nice cup of tea and enjoying the salt room with my best friend! Highly recommended and will definitely return.

She makes sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable, introducing us to each other and to what to expect from the experience. (Did I mention the toasty neckwarmers?!? And the tea with warmed honey??) My husband and I have enjoyed two crystal singing bowl sessions with Lynn. They feel like a magic carpet ride to a land of complete relaxation. The Reiki Healing and Strawberry Moon guided meditations with Kaitlyn have left me feeling inspired, detoxed, and restored! The salt helps open my sinuses and lungs, making my breathing deeper, and my head clearer. At 61, I can’t think of a better way to spend my money and time than on this kind of self-care. Highly recommend!!!
