I've been using reliance for years. Always reliable, efficient with reasonable pricing. Raul did a. great job on my last service.
First of all I have never used Reliance before but I am dam glad I found them. From my first contact with there front office to Dalean the Tech who was extremely helpful and professional. Everyone was honest and experienced in what they do and straight up from the very beginning. I will be a Reliance AC and Heating…
You can tell when people like their jobs. I was helped during a difficult time in my life, and they made things easy to understand. Do yourself a favor, use this company.
Tech was courteous and very professional. Very reliable and honest company.
Very knowledgeable and friendly company. All the people I have been in contact with are always pleasant and very helpful.
Very professional. Showed up on time. Answered all of my questions in great detail. Explained what needed to be done and why.
My tech Dylan was very upbeat and showed me the capacitor he was replacing and explained its function. As I am most of the time a fix it type person it was helpful. If all techs were like Dylan service would be more a pleasure than a financial hit.
The technician Azel was again on time this morning. Together we discussed some minor issues. He and an assistant went to work and completed the job in good time. He explained in laymens terms what was done. I was very pleased.
We were disappointed with our former HVAC company so signed up with Reliance after talking with a neighbor who recommended them highly. Dylan was the technician who came to do the maintenance. We were very pleased with him: professional, kind, respectful and efficient.
Raul from Reliance did my summer AC check up today. He was professional and transparent. He provided videos of everything he serviced as well as options for some additional products that I am considering. Great customer service! I highly recommend Reliance and their team!
We’ve been using Reliance for over 25 years. They are honest and reliable. We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Update: 5/2026 Again, BEST ac company in the Phoenix area!!! Honest, integrity,…
Reliance provides us with excellent service and maintenance. Dylan was informative, thorough and professional in every way.
Dylan performed preventive maintenance on our 2 HVAC systems. He kept me informed about his arrival time. He was careful to wear shoe covers in our house. He did a thorough maintenance and explained to my wife and I the issues he discovered and fixed.
Dylan, our technician was friendly and polite. He made recommendations and explained everything clearly. Scheduling is easy, office staff is always professional. We use Reliance for our home and small business! Definitely recommend them.
Dylan was very helpful and considerate. And a good salesman.
My service was excellent!!
Technician was very thorough and provided a full report. He answered each question I had. I hope to have him for my next inspection.
Another great experience with Reliance. They completed my preseason tune up. Raul did a great job- courteous, knowledgeable, and on time. I highly recommend Reliance!
I can't say enough great things about Dylan and Brayden. They both handled themselves so professionally. I was so stressed and worried about the cost, I was afraid they would just tell me my ac unit was unfixable. They worked together as a perfect team and fixed the unit. I have no doubt it was fixed correctly. I…
Dylan was informative, professional and knowledgeable. He was pleasant and worked cleanly. We would recommend him highly.
This company is superior to all others. The service was professional, honest and on point. I would rate it an A+.Thank you Raul for your excellent and kind service.
Brayden was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything I needed. I had another company come out before them and he saved me $2000!! Everything works great. Thank you Reliance I will definitely tell others what a great company you are!
Dylan arrived right on time. This was my “included” maintenance visit after purchasing a new unit from Reliance last year. Dylan completed his work and explained what was done. He also noted (with picture) that I was experiencing an accumulation of dust in an area of my unit. Dylan talked to me about adding an Air…
Dylan was very kind and thorough for our AC checkup!
Reliance continues to be the best A/C contractor as far as I’m concerned. On time, professional and affordable. The technicians Azel and Dylan that came today for service continued the professional and friendly attitude of the company. I recommend Reliance over any other HVAC contractor.
These guys were great - super friendly. Explained everything in a clear concise manner. Went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied.
I have been using Reliance for my heat pump needs for several years now and they are always professional and courteous. This was 4 years after installation and Tristan does excellent work, and is knowledgeable and pleasant. I am glad to use Reliance and recommend them to all my friends!
We had a great experience using Reliance to fix and service our AC units as well as update our thermostats. Anders and Tristen were both friendly, knowledgable, honest and on time. Raul did an excellent job for this Spring season service. He was able to stop an annoying rattle and whining in one of our units. He was the first person to make the sounds disappear! He also replaced a warranty capacitor in quick time. We always enjoy the team from Reliance, but Raul is a really special member who give 110%. Thanks Raul!
I have been using Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now. Extremely pleased, always have the same technician Brayden, which is reassuring and he is amazing!
Raul was very helpful and got me going on our Trane WiFi thermostat. He also did a great job on maintenance and helped me get the Trane 10 year warranty transferred over. Thanks Reliance!
We always appreciate the courtesy and detailed information from Reliance. It's great to deal with the same employee each time, which often happens. Raul does a great job!

Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. He was able to get us up and running with a minimal charge for coming out then after a couple of days, the problem…
Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true professional. He’s been in the business for over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. Cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians! Smart, friendly, courteous and punctual. They bent over backward to see us quickly even though it was the weekend! Moreover, they communicated their every move so we weren’t left wondering if, or when someone was coming. 10 stars.
We had our A/C go out in the middle of August, which is less than ideal in Phoenix, AZ. The first thing I did was search for the best A/C repair company near me and Reliance popped up immediately. I’ve been in the Valley for more than 30 years and I’ve known about Reliance for as long as I can remember. Family,…
Reliance has installed 2 different a/c units in 2 different homes of mine. I’m loyal to the company but that is purely because they deserve the loyalty. They routinely go above and beyond. This time around we had Braden come to the house for maintenance. He was on time, thorough in his process and personable. We had…
The technician came earlier than scheduled, identified the problem immediately, and remedied the issue effectively. I will be using them for future maintenance services.
We have been using Reliance for about five years. Five stars. The best we have ever had. Pete and Katie Christensen
Very professional and I loved that they took the time to list out everything that I needed to either repair or replace my unit without pressuring me to do either or. We have used Reliance Heating & Air for at least 10 years. They are professional, competative and thorough. We recently had our A/C go out during the hottest part of this summer (2021) and they quickly helped to replace our A/C and get us back up and running. The process was explained clearly, they showed up when…
For anyone that might believe customer service is a dying art, this company will prove it is very much alive and well! The owner, Dalin, and his family and team could not be more responsive or professional in everything they do. We met them years ago when we had a dying air conditioner and rather than try and sell…
