Azel did a great job with our fall tune-up. Highly recommend.
Just had these folks over for routine maintenance. They do an excellent job. Come on time, wear booties when in the house and are super honest. Raul was great
Wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly. Had our pre-winter maintenance done today. They were thorough and took the time to share pictures of what they saw on my rooftop unit. We’ve been using them for years. Highly recommend.
I have dealt with Reliance for many years. Azelle is often the individual doing the work. He is prompt and works in a professional manner. Many times he has given me the opportunity to view personally any existing mechanical issues. This is something I appreciate about Reliance. They also explain everything in a manner I can understand.
Reliance Refrigeration has always been very responsive and reliable for our HVAC units.
Our tech, Raul, was on time and efficient performing our HVAC system maintenance. He explained everything he did, answered my questions and offered some advice. Highly recommend!
I really like this company after having some bad experiences last year with 2 others. They were fair and honest in their assessment and repairs. No upselling - just the facts. Raul has been out twice for 2 separate issues now and is reliable, dependable and speaks in terms the customer can clearly understand. They are my new go to HVAC company!
Excellent thorough and courteous service. A true gentleman and representative for your company.
We began using Reliance because their information was left on the HVAC unit in our home, and we are so grateful that it was. Raul explained everything in detail and made sure we understood. They are responsive, friendly and have been great to address any issues we found with the unit. Highly recommend!
Great service with a detailed explanation of the service and recommendations for my system.
They had a tech work on my AC system on a Saturday. I was impressed that someone answered the phone at 7:00 AM. The tech explained the problem and had our AC running in under 2 hours. He was professional, polite, and cleaned up the little mess he made. We have used Reliance for routine maintenance and repairs for over a year and I fully recommend Reliance!
Azel did a great job as always!
Great technicians, wonderful customer service and communications throughout. Always friendly and responsive.
I have been using reliance for many years and its a comfort to know I can count on their honesty.
Highly recommend. Extremely professional and honest. Cannot say enough about how good this company is.
Raul was wonderful! He explained everything in detail, provided clear evidence of the concerns, and fixed what needed immediate attention. He also helped me prioritize upcoming issues, itemizing everything and discussing the facts so I could make the best decision for my situation. There was no high-pressure sales…
Wonderful service by Raul. Thank you!
Raul was very helpful. He was professional, and clearly explained everything.
Raul arrived at designated time and performed a thorough inspection of our units. He found a problem with our ecobee unit and replaced it at no charge. His service was above and beyond what we expected.
Azel showed up on the same day we called. He was courteous and very professional. Fixed our problem and at a reasonable price. Would 💯 recommend Reliance Heating and AC.
You can tell when people like their jobs. I was helped during a difficult time in my life, and they made things easy to understand. Do yourself a favor, use this company.
Quick and easy service. We had a new unit put in by Reliance last year and couldn't be happier with it. They kept the old unit running well for as long as possible before that. Strongly recommend them.
Excellent professional service call. My go to for good.
Azel did a great job!!! Explained what was going on and took care of everything efficiently! Even making the call the gal in the office was so helpful and pleasant.
Thorough with diagnostics of how the AC unit is functioning. Detailed analysis emailed to you. On the Platinum plan with 2 visits per year.
Reliance takes the time to find the real problem and get it fixed right. Easy to work with. High integrity. Reasonable pricing. Problems solved.
Azel and Jonathan were both very professional, nice, and polite! They explained everything they were doing and the outcomes. Rachel, the dispatcher, was also very nice and was able to get the technicians out the same day, which was greatly appreciated as it was an A/C issue. Highly recommend Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning.
Very knowledgeable and friendly company. All the people I have been in contact with are always pleasant and very helpful.
Reliance employees are always respectful and courteous of the customer and property. I feel they go over and beyond.
Dylan was very friendly, thorough, and explained everything clearly.
Raul is stellar! thorough, knowledgeable, handles everything with care and consideration.
I had forgotten about my 1yr free check-up. Reliance notified me and honored their commitment. I appreciate the follow-up. The technician Raul was very polite and professional (booties and all). Upon completion he took the time to explain what was involved. I hadn’t decided on obtaining a maintenance contract until…
Dylan is an asset to your company. Care and attention were definitely put into his work!
I have been using Reliance A/C for several years. They are reliable and always do a great job. Today I had the pleasure of having Dylan as my technician. He was friendly and professional. Was a pleasure to have him in my home and as my technician.
Reliable company. Great people
The technician Azel was again on time this morning. Together we discussed some minor issues. He and an assistant went to work and completed the job in good time. He explained in laymens terms what was done. I was very pleased.
