I really like this company after having some bad experiences last year with 2 others. They were fair and honest in their assessment and repairs. No upselling - just the facts. They had a tech work on my AC system on a Saturday. I was impressed that someone answered the phone at 7:00 AM. The tech explained the problem and had our AC running in under 2 hours. He was professional, polite, and cleaned up the little mess he made. We have used Reliance for routine maintenance and repairs for over a year and I fully recommend Reliance!
I called them on a Saturday morning when my A/C unit stopped working. They had a technician, Raul, at my home within a few hours. He was able to diagnose and repair my issue very quickly. He explained three options for the repair along with the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend.
