Always great service and clear explanations! Used Reliance for years and appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service - from making the appointment thru service and afterwards! Great service from Raul today!
Azel did a great job as always!
Raul arrived at designated time and performed a thorough inspection of our units. He found a problem with our ecobee unit and replaced it at no charge. His service was above and beyond what we expected.

We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. Professional, polite and fast!
Raul was fantastic. He explained everything easily and mentioned a couple things that should be replaced before more expensive repairs would be required. Pictures of all the repairs were included with the invoice. We also signed up for the Platinum Peace of Mind Agreement for future safety and repair inspections. Very happy with Reliance! Thank you!

We have used Reliance Heating & Air for at least 10 years. They are professional, competative and thorough.
