First of all I have never used Reliance before but I am dam glad I found them. From my first contact with there front office to Dalean the Tech who was extremely helpful and professional. Great service! Technician was very nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. Finished the job quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.
I really like this company after having some bad experiences last year with 2 others. They were fair and honest in their assessment and repairs. No upselling - just the facts. Raul has been out twice for 2 separate issues now and is reliable, dependable and speaks in terms the customer can clearly understand. They are my new go to HVAC company!
Excellent thorough and courteous service. A true gentleman and representative for your company.
They had a tech work on my AC system on a Saturday. I was impressed that someone answered the phone at 7:00 AM. The tech explained the problem and had our AC running in under 2 hours. He was professional, polite, and cleaned up the little mess he made. We have used Reliance for routine maintenance and repairs for over a year and I fully recommend Reliance!
I called them on a Saturday morning when my A/C unit stopped working. They had a technician, Raul, at my home within a few hours. He was able to diagnose and repair my issue very quickly. He explained three options for the repair along with the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend.
Great technicians, wonderful customer service and communications throughout. Always friendly and responsive.

Reliable company. Great people
We returned to Phoenix in June, from a road trip to Idaho, and discovered our AC unit had given up. Walked in the door at 7pm on a Wednesday night, and it was 94 inside. We had called on Reliance before for maintenance on our old AC unit. They have always been up-front, honest, and super helpful at the same time.…
Dylan was professional, timely and focused on ensuring he solved our complicated issue. I appreciate he was truly focused on solving the issue and staying a good amount of time to ensure all was well.

Dalen gave a thorough appraisal and quoted a great price for a high quality system. The installers were experienced and considerate. Everything exceeded my expectations.
I bought my Trane AC unit from Reliance Heat and Air a few years ago. They have outstanding service. Tristan has been the technician twice for maintenance and tune up. He is very efficient and thorough. Great customer service skills and Reliance should be very proud to have a technician like him on board!
While I was walking my dog the other day, one of your technicians, Dylan, stopped his truck to say good morning and offer my dog a treat. It just so happened that one of my AC units had stopped working the day before and I was stalling calling my current AC company because I haven't been happy with their…

Great service from the sales rep to the maintenance tech. Thought I needed a new system particularly a new AC system. Reliance came out the day I called to give me a second opinion on whether I needed to replace a 22 year old 5 ton A/C system at my home. I needed a new unit. The Installation was done 2 days later by experienced techs. Daniel and Dylan were very proficient and courteous. Pricing was reasonable. Work was impeccable. Highly recommended.

I received a great system instalation by Eliseo and Kevin . Outstanding customer service.
We want to recognize the superb job done by Reliance in fixing a problem we had with our AC unit. We called late on a Friday afternoon to report water leaking from the HVAC unit in our garage. Technician, Azel, was timely, professional, and thorough.
We used Reliance AC to replace our 20-year-old unit in July 2023, and it’s been nothing but problems since. We thought we did our due diligence when we decided to use them after our AC broke during the hottest week of summer considering they were a reputable company. It took them 5 days to schedule the install…
Great service and communication. Professional and not upsold! Gave us options and estimated cost on repair VS replace. We’re choosing to replace an older HVAC split. Best of all…Locally owned which is a must for us!

Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true professional. He’s been in the business for over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offered every discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable. I wanted a HVAC company…
Researched several 5 star rated HVAC companies. Daniel was the only one who did a thorough job of analyzing my HVAC situation. There were no extra or hidden charges and the installation went as planned. When Kevin, Roberto and Eliseo were finished with the install everything was as before. No install mess to be found. Highly recommend.
They were very professional and performed the repairs promptly.
