Outstanding Experience with Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning From the initial estimate to final install, Reliance was outstanding. The estimator provided a very competitive price and clearly explained our options without any pressure. I need to also recognize the two HVAC installers who handled our AC…
Workers were very kind and patient. Answered any questions I had, and thoroughly showed me how to work the AC and what to do in case of certain problems. They didn’t mind either that I had dogs and cats in the house, not even when they barked. Didn’t leave a mess or anything. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
Dylan is very personable and professional.
I can't say enough great things about Dylan and Brayden. They both handled themselves so professionally. I was so stressed and worried about the cost, I was afraid they would just tell me my ac unit was unfixable. They worked together as a perfect team and fixed the unit. I have no doubt it was fixed correctly. I…
Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning has done a fantastic job each time I’ve used them. My Technician (Raul) is very knowledgeable and has excellent follow-up. When I had an issue getting my thermostat connected, the owner called me and suggested the best part for the job and then Raul walked me thru how to connect it. Highly recommend!!
I’ve always enjoyed working with Reliance. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.
We were very happy with the overall estimate and installation of a new HVAC system for our home. They provided answers to all of our questions, and were able to schedule us the same week for the install. The installation went smoothly, and they were masked anytime they entered our home. The thermostat install was…
Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true professional. He’s been in the business for over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offered every discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable. I wanted a HVAC company…
We would highly recommend Reliance Heating and Ac!😊 We LOVE everything about them…excellent service and employees!!! The best!!!😊
Reliance Heating and A/C installed a new Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler in my Daughters townhouse. Daniel was very professional and helped us determine the appropriate system for our needs. The crew showed up on time to do the installation. They were clean and efficient. They had the systems installed and running…
Great company; they installed my AC unit and handle the maintenance. I’m very happy with them. The techs are professional, respectful and friendly
5-Stars. I have used Reliance Heating and AC for a new install and a repair and both experiences were top quality. Very professional, friendly, responsive, quality business. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.
We recently replaced two air conditioners as well as two furnaces. After meeting Daniel, it was an easy decision to work with Reliance. It was obvious he had the leadership and communication skills necessary for a project of that magnitude. He is also clearly a man of great integrity; he came through on every…
Updated 1-18-23. I continue to use Reliance air and continue to recommend them to anyone I know. You won’t be disappointed. Honest and trustworthy as well as professionals who are reliable. Thank you always. Reliance air has been the company I go to for all of my HVAC needs. I first met Dalen about 6 years ago.…
Jose and Enrique were my technicians who did a fabulous job. Very professional and courteous to us. Reliance Air was considerably less expensive than another company, yet offered the same equipment. Kudos to reliance and their techs for a job well done.
I selected Reliance based on others' reviews which didn't steer me wrong. Initially, I booked Reliance for system maintenance. When Raul came to do that, he discovered significant issues needing attention that I wasn't aware of. Years ago, this home had a swamp cooler. It was likely a flipper that thought he could…
Great job from estimate to install! 10/10 would recommend
Efficiency at its best! Came when they stated, did what they promised all at a good value!
Daniel and his team took great pride in cleanliness and quality of their work. They were helpful in scheduling the estimate and the installation, I definitely recommend Reliance
Reliance has been great! We have used them over the past few years to maintain our system and recently replaced our AC unit. They are always very professional, clean up after work and responsive. Highly recommend using them for any maintenance, insulation or installs.
Was extremely pleased with our whole experience from the installation of our new Nest to the follow up check of the AC unit. The techs were very polite, informative and most importantly on time. Highly recommend Reliance for all AC needs.
What a WONDERFUL experience from quote to cleanup. Daniel listened to our needs and was transparent with information so we could make an informed decision. Install was a breeze with Jose and Roberto... so professional, polite, and hard working. I have never had a HVAC install be so quiet. Everything was…
Dalen and his staff are great. Today, Brayden serviced our units. He was professional and courteous, but most importantly knowledgeable about the things that matter. Thanks for a job well done.
We needed to replace our two units that had the old Freon that isn't available anymore - Reliance did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. I asked several friends on social media and elsewhere who they recommended because I knew this was going to be expensive and I don't have the time to be involved with…
New system installed. All personnel interacted with were personable, helpful, and knowlegable. Arica, Geoffrey, Daniel, Jose and his coworker.Commitments were met, installation was quick and tidy. Pricing was competitive. Customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.
Outstanding service and attention to detail. After 24 years in the military, I have found most companies just don't do things as nicely as I would like them. Seems most want to make the big money but do not want to take the time to do things correctly. I was so pleased with the Reliance Heating and Air. Dalen…
