Is Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning any good?

First of all I have never used Reliance before but I am dam glad I found them. From my first contact with there front office to Dalean the Tech who was extremely helpful and professional. Everyone was honest and experienced in what they do and straight up from the very beginning. I will be a Reliance AC and Heating…

You can tell when people like their jobs. I was helped during a difficult time in my life, and they made things easy to understand. Do yourself a favor, use this company.

The technician Azel was again on time this morning. Together we discussed some minor issues. He and an assistant went to work and completed the job in good time. He explained in laymens terms what was done. I was very pleased.

Dylan was great! We were notified prior to his arrival. He called to inform us of his findings, and even offered to hose off the driveway after another service provider was at the home, who had coolant leaking on the driveway. We didn't feel the pressure of a sales-driven service that many HVAC companies now tend to…

We’ve been using Reliance for over 25 years. They are honest and reliable. We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Update: 5/2026 Again, BEST ac company in the Phoenix area!!! Honest, integrity,…

Dylan was very respectful and informative. The photos do help tell the story.

I can't say enough great things about Dylan and Brayden. They both handled themselves so professionally. I was so stressed and worried about the cost, I was afraid they would just tell me my ac unit was unfixable. They worked together as a perfect team and fixed the unit. I have no doubt it was fixed correctly. I…

We have had Reliance service for over 10 years. They are always honest and great work done! Dylan did a great job and was diligent in the service as well as parts repair we needed.

Dylan arrived right on time. This was my “included” maintenance visit after purchasing a new unit from Reliance last year. Dylan completed his work and explained what was done. He also noted (with picture) that I was experiencing an accumulation of dust in an area of my unit. Dylan talked to me about adding an Air…

As are all of my past experiences with Reliance and their employees, Dylan was another very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable tech. I always know my service calls will be handled well.

My unit was installed by Reliance in 2016 and still running strong. They are true professionals. A family owned and operated small business. I received a text when my technician was on his way, along with a photo of the individual and a little bit about him personally along with his experience. He knew exactly what…

Our technician, Brayden, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We had many issues with the previous company, which ended up causing us additional repairs. We signed up for the annual maintenance program, which gave us a discount on the services. I feel like we are now in good hands and no longer worried…

The service tech was friendly.....service was done efficiently and clean. I would recommend the company.

I have been using Reliance for my heat pump needs for several years now and they are always professional and courteous. This was 4 years after installation and Tristan does excellent work, and is knowledgeable and pleasant. I am glad to use Reliance and recommend them to all my friends!

I had my AC unit, purchased through Reliance, serviced today. Raul was great, took the time to explain what he saw, what my options were, ordered the parts and provided great customer service. My family has been a customer for over 30 years; dating back when the father owned the company, through Dalen coming out…

Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true professional. He’s been in the business for over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offered every discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable. I wanted a HVAC company…

Raul was fantastic. He explained everything easily and mentioned a couple things that should be replaced before more expensive repairs would be required. Pictures of all the repairs were included with the invoice. We also signed up for the Platinum Peace of Mind Agreement for future safety and repair inspections.…

The team at Reliance are all class acts. I am so thankful to have such a great company that I can depend on for all of my HVAC needs. I have used this company for 10 years. There are professional, courteous, honest and caring about their customers.

I was impressed by their quick response to my email and follow up phone call the next morning. That was just the beginning. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and highly competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair. They are affordable and offer a maintenance program that offers a great…

I have been in my townhome for 30 years. I have been using this company for about seven years and I wouldn’t call anyone else. They are the best-efficient, professional, trustworthy and their office staff are helpful and prepared.
