Always great service and clear explanations! Used Reliance for years and appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service - from making the appointment thru service and afterwards! Great service from Raul today!
Azel did a great job as always!
Raul arrived at designated time and performed a thorough inspection of our units. He found a problem with our ecobee unit and replaced it at no charge. His service was above and beyond what we expected.
We’ve been using Reliance for over 25 years. They are honest and reliable. We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Update: 5/2026 Again, BEST ac company in the Phoenix area!!! Honest, integrity,…

My unit was installed by Reliance in 2016 and still running strong. They are true professionals. A family owned and operated small business. I’ve always enjoyed working with Reliance. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.
Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. He was able to get us up and running with a minimal charge for coming out then after a couple of days, the problem…
Brayden was awesome! 👌 He was punctual, super knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommended him!
our air conditioning did not kick on and cool the house. The unit kicked on and ran, but not cool. The repairman put on a new condenser coil and a new fan motor coil. He checked all the rest of the system and now it cools really great. He did an awesome great job. I will recommend this company to anyone in the…

Unequivocally, the best AC/heating company I have ever used. At 69 years of age , I have dealt with many companies through the years. Been using them for many years now. I wouldn't even consider using another company. Dr. Jacobson
