We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself.
