Always great service and clear explanations! Used Reliance for years and appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service - from making the appointment thru service and afterwards! Great service from Raul today!
Excellent experience from initial consultation with Estimator Daniel through the installation of new A/C system, which was completed in just under 5 hours. I received texts in advance with photos of Reliance employees before they arrived. Pricing was competitive and installation was professional. I enthusiastically…
Outstanding Experience with Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning From the initial estimate to final install, Reliance was outstanding. The estimator provided a very competitive price and clearly explained our options without any pressure. I need to also recognize the two HVAC installers who handled our AC…
Workers were very kind and patient. Answered any questions I had, and thoroughly showed me how to work the AC and what to do in case of certain problems. They didn’t mind either that I had dogs and cats in the house, not even when they barked. Didn’t leave a mess or anything. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
Reliance provides us with excellent service and maintenance. Dylan was informative, thorough and professional in every way.
The whole Reliance team was great to work with from start to finish. Daniel the estimator was knowledgeable, informed us about the various options and gave us a good deal on a heat pump. He was responsive and involved from start to finish and followed up after the install. Mercedes in the office was professional,…
5 year update - Reliance is still my trusted partner for all HVAC services. Tech Brayden was so helpful… during annual maintenance he noticed our smoke detectors were expired. Since Reliance knows customers like me appreciate convenience, they have replacements in the truck. Very well run local family business.…
We have had the best experience with Reliance. Over the summer we had our AC go out with a week old newborn at home. They were there within the afternoon and fixed the problem quickly and at a great price. They are trustworthy and reliable. This week they installed a mini split for us and did incredible work. Thank…
We used Reliance AC to replace our 20-year-old unit in July 2023, and it’s been nothing but problems since. We thought we did our due diligence when we decided to use them after our AC broke during the hottest week of summer considering they were a reputable company. It took them 5 days to schedule the install…
I’ve always enjoyed working with Reliance. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.
Old School Professionalism is alive and well at Reliance. This was the case when I experienced Reliance as my choice for a new Trane unit... The same holds true with the experience with thier platinum service care.... Piece of mind isn't easy to find these days... But with Reliance and thier team it is... Today…
We were very happy with the overall estimate and installation of a new HVAC system for our home. They provided answers to all of our questions, and were able to schedule us the same week for the install. The installation went smoothly, and they were masked anytime they entered our home. The thermostat install was…
I'm the home owner. I have known the Blumintrit's (sp) for 40 years. Dave and Dalen and now Breyden still are my go to HVAC professionals. Can't do with out them.
Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true professional. He’s been in the business for over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offered every discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable. I wanted a HVAC company…

Reliance Heating and A/C installed a new Trane Heat Pump and Air Handler in my Daughters townhouse. Daniel was very professional and helped us determine the appropriate system for our needs. 5-Stars. I have used Reliance Heating and AC for a new install and a repair and both experiences were top quality. Very professional, friendly, responsive, quality business. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again.
We have been with Reliance for over 14 years. The service from the owner, and all the employees has be great. In addition, all the employees seem to really like the workplace and it shows in their work.
Everyone that I’ve dealt with at Reliance has been so nice and so professional- from reception to sales to installing to maintenance. So many HVAC companies out there- I’m very happy with my decision going with Reliance. I highly recommend. 4/11/23 It’s been about 3 years- regular maintenance and one service call…
We recently replaced two air conditioners as well as two furnaces. After meeting Daniel, it was an easy decision to work with Reliance. It was obvious he had the leadership and communication skills necessary for a project of that magnitude. He is also clearly a man of great integrity; he came through on every…
