Always great service and clear explanations! Used Reliance for years and appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service - from making the appointment thru service and afterwards! Great service from Raul today!
A positive experience when purchasing a new RUDD variable speed HVAC unit from Reliance. Daniel spent a significant amount of time at my home making sure the unit purchased was sufficient to cool my home. He performed multiple calculations and measurements (the other companies did not do this). Prior to the…
Great service, very professional, expedited response! Overall, an excellent company to work with! Very recommended!
Outstanding Experience with Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning From the initial estimate to final install, Reliance was outstanding. The estimator provided a very competitive price and clearly explained our options without any pressure. I need to also recognize the two HVAC installers who handled our AC…
Reliance have been our a/c guys for 6 years now. They have replaced a whole house system during COVID and this week a Split A/C System in our garage. I can’t recommend them enough. Reliable, professional and conciseness! Would not trust any other company in the valley
Workers were very kind and patient. Answered any questions I had, and thoroughly showed me how to work the AC and what to do in case of certain problems. They didn’t mind either that I had dogs and cats in the house, not even when they barked. Didn’t leave a mess or anything. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend!
We’ve been using Reliance for over 25 years. They are honest and reliable. We got ripped off by another AC company in the past and reliance has been honest and hasn’t ever fixed something that didn’t need to be fixed. Very honest. Update: 5/2026 Again, BEST ac company in the Phoenix area!!! Honest, integrity,…

Dylan is very personable and professional.
They have been great doing the regular maintenance and helping set up a better ductwork system. Thanks for the great work!
The whole Reliance team was great to work with from start to finish. Daniel the estimator was knowledgeable, informed us about the various options and gave us a good deal on a heat pump. He was responsive and involved from start to finish and followed up after the install. Mercedes in the office was professional,…
We recently had a full replacement AC system installed, and the experience was outstanding. Kevin and Elisio were true professionals—efficient, skilled, respectful of our home, and meticulous in their work. Reliance came out the day I called to give me a second opinion on whether I needed to replace a 22 year old 5 ton A/C system at my home. I needed a new unit. The Installation was done 2 days later by experienced techs. Daniel and Dylan were very proficient and courteous. Pricing was reasonable. Work was impeccable. Highly recommended.
We used Reliance AC to replace our 20-year-old unit in July 2023, and it’s been nothing but problems since. We thought we did our due diligence when we decided to use them after our AC broke during the hottest week of summer considering they were a reputable company. It took them 5 days to schedule the install…
I had a new AC Unit installed today. Service was exceptional. They were on time, polite, and introduced themselves. They gave me instructions on new thermostat. The process went extremely well! I highly recommend this business.
I have been using Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning for a few years now. Extremely pleased, always have the same technician Brayden, which is reassuring and he is amazing!

Reliance is an awesome company with excellent employees. I have been VERY pleased with their service & suggestions. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC system needs.
I already had a quote from another company and was ready to sign a contract but I felt like I needed to price shop. I got a call from Daniel. Even though I told him I was price shopping he was nothing but respectful and took the time to answer all my questions. I went from price shopping to installation with…

Enrique and Kevin did and installation and they did an amazing job. They arrived just in time and they went straight to work. They finished fast and they were very clean with their job. They set up a tarp to hold the dirt and any debris from the installation and even vacuumed afterwards to make sure they didn’t…
We had a new HVAC system installed. We were thrilled with the price and the staff. They didn't try to over sell us and knew just what we needed.
We had two full systems replaced. The sales rep Daniel explained the system options, pricing differences, and financing options. Jose and Enrique completed the installations - they were on time, professional, efficient and super knowledgeable about both the systems and the thermostats that were installed (answered…
Reliance has installed 2 different a/c units in 2 different homes of mine. I’m loyal to the company but that is purely because they deserve the loyalty. They routinely go above and beyond. This time around we had Braden come to the house for maintenance. He was on time, thorough in his process and personable. We had…

We have used Reliance Heating & Air for at least 10 years. They are professional, competative and thorough. We recently had our A/C go out during the hottest part of this summer (2021) and they quickly helped to replace our A/C and get us back up and running. The process was explained clearly, they showed up when…
For anyone that might believe customer service is a dying art, this company will prove it is very much alive and well! The owner, Dalin, and his family and team could not be more responsive or professional in everything they do. We met them years ago when we had a dying air conditioner and rather than try and sell…
The installation performed in October 2020 was outstanding.
Dalen and his staff are great. Today, Brayden serviced our units. He was professional and courteous, but most importantly knowledgeable about the things that matter. Thanks for a job well done.
We needed to replace our two units that had the old Freon that isn't available anymore - Reliance did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. I asked several friends on social media and elsewhere who they recommended because I knew this was going to be expensive and I don't have the time to be involved with…
