Once again, Reliance has proven to be an exceptional service provider for our HVAC system. Dylan was our technician yesterday, proved to be thorough, professional, and communicative. He made us aware of the work that was performed, and provided a view forward for items that would need our attention.
Raul was so professional, kind, thorough, and explained everything so it was easy to understand. He went above and beyond. And Reliance has always provided excellent customer service. They extended their day to get my thermostat working on a day with very cold temps. I highly recommend both Reliance and Raul.

I had a mini split Mitsubishi system installed in my master bedroom. The two technicians Kevin and Elisio arrived on time, installed the system and cleaned up by the time I got home from work. My house was clean and the system is very quiet and efficient, I am happy with my purchase and using reliance heating and air conditioning
Raul did an excellent job for this Spring season service. He was able to stop an annoying rattle and whining in one of our units. He was the first person to make the sounds disappear! He also replaced a warranty capacitor in quick time. We always enjoy the team from Reliance, but Raul is a really special member who give 110%. Thanks Raul!
