We highly recommend Reliance with a glowing, 5-star review. Reliance was recommended by neighbors and family, and we have been so pleased with our service experience. While temps were forecast to reach 111 today, we woke up to no AC. Azel, our technician, showed up on time after a courteous text to say he was on…
We always appreciate the courtesy and detailed information from Reliance. It's great to deal with the same employee each time, which often happens. Raul does a great job!
Azel was our technician. He was courteous and professional, and did a fantastic job diagnosing our problem. At first, the first time Azel came out, we were unable to have the problem, repeat itself. He was able to get us up and running with a minimal charge for coming out then after a couple of days, the problem…
Reliance is an awesome company with excellent employees. I have been VERY pleased with their service & suggestions. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC system needs.
I needed a new Trane Dealer to repair my AC units. I was referred to Reliance by Trane. Reliance was prompt with getting me scheduled the same day. I really liked the fact I was sent a text with the picture of the technician who coming to service my units. I was given a brief bio on who he is as an individual as…
Raul was my service advisor and he explained everything he was going to do. He is very easy to get along with and very knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone.
Techniction was so nice and respectful of all my questions I would recommend them to all
Brayden was extremely professional and friendly. Great customer service. He kept my in the loop throughout the process and not only resolved my issue but walked me through the process of what he was doing. I’ve used Reliance twice now and both experiences have been great. I recommend them to all my friends and employees whenever someone has HVAC needs.
Called on a unit that stopped on a Saturday, by the end of the day they had a technician at my home. Fix the unit, did a very thorough inspection, did not attempt upsells. The technician was extremely professional, and handled the business and himself extremely well. Obviously based on this review, I'm more than…
We have used Reliance Heating & Air for at least 10 years. They are professional, competative and thorough. We recently had our A/C go out during the hottest part of this summer (2021) and they quickly helped to replace our A/C and get us back up and running. The process was explained clearly, they showed up when…
Was extremely pleased with our whole experience from the installation of our new Nest to the follow up check of the AC unit. The techs were very polite, informative and most importantly on time. Highly recommend Reliance for all AC needs.
Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with A/C problems in the past and varying technicians. I’ve never had a better experience than with Geoffrey. He was informative and personable, all while working in the Arizona heat. It was greatly appreciated.
Brayden was on time and professional. He suggested additional maintenance items in addition to what was needed to get my AC back up and running but wasn't pushy at all about it, taking no the first time. I've had companies try to scam me and have scammed family members in the valley with similar repairs with…
Dalen and his staff are great. Today, Brayden serviced our units. He was professional and courteous, but most importantly knowledgeable about the things that matter. Thanks for a job well done.
I have been in my townhome for 30 years. I have been using this company for about seven years and I wouldn’t call anyone else. They are the best-efficient, professional, trustworthy and their office staff are helpful and prepared.
