Great spot! Had a 75 minute massage with Selina, and it was relaxing for every second.

Experience was not good, masseuse did not understand a word of English and continued to massage spots where I was in pain. We spent a lot of money to be sore and bruised the next day. On top of this, they asked us for tip although they charged us upfront before the massage and charged $10 for credit card fees. which isn’t legal. This is not ok by any means, how do you have someone massage that refuses to listen and bruises the client???? Clearly a lot of fake reviews. Funny how they respond to the reviews but don’t offer a resolution such as money back. Very simply, those who share my experience can report the business to the BBB and other avenues for licensed massage services such as NYS Education Dept Office of the Professional Discipline (OPD) and Attorney General, with date and time of your appointment. File a complaint so there is follow-up on both the license of the specification masseuse (even if you don’t know the specifics) and consumer practices. This is exactly what we will be doing unfortunately as we tried to address the concern to no avail.

However, sometimes we are unable to identify the customer or locate their contact information based on a Google review alone. Regarding the charges, please note that our listed service prices do not include tax or gratuity. As for payment before the massage, we believe your visit may have been later in the evening. When it is close to our daily closing time, we sometimes collect payment in advance as part of our closing procedures. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
