First time massage- 100% recommend! My cousin and I got the couples 60min and it was the best experience!! Everyone was super nice and intentional, super relaxing- plus a stamp card for return bonuses(: The masseuse knew just what to work on without me saying a thing, probably because my back is so stiff lol THANKS, RENEW!!!!
$99 90min + 30min foot massage is the best!!
In a nutshell, if you need a real massage, no “frills or thrills”, no “bells and whistles”, but a real body massage - this is the place to go. It’s nice to come across the place that employs people who actually do know whey they doing and what they clients need. Monica, masseuse whom was assigned, seamed to know my…
WOW!!! My students have been stressing me out so much and I’m from out of town, carrying my luggage around, and this was EXACTLY what I needed! Cindy took amazing care of me and hit all of the pressure points and knots that were engrained in my muscle fibers :’))). Very very satisfied — I wish I lived in NYC so I could get this monthly!
Really great massage!
Amazing thorough massage. Clean space and great service. I’ll be back :)
Best massage in NYC! Always come here when we’re in the city. I feel great!
I’ve been going to this place for years and it’s still my favorite place to get a massage in New York City. Great massages for a great price.
massage therapist kept checking in on if pressure was good, and was very attentive to any pain points or tension. hour flew by, will be back!
Lucas is the best therapist you can ever have. I live in Europe and come to the US a lot for work. I cannot miss a massage with Lucas everytime I come to NYC. The deep tissue, sport and stressed powerful message is really one of a kind. He treats your body as if he had worked his whole life with it. It’s really…
Really enjoyed our couples massage today! Great quality and great value! Will definitely be back!
Came here because of the google reviews, and did not disappoint. I will be back for sure.
Great service
Came here for couples massage multiple times. Amazing work for such a good price, feels like I’m walking on air everytime I leave.
Great experience. The 2 hour special can’t be beat!
Great price! Would go again!
Very good couples massage
Amazing massage in Chinatown. We called and were able to book last minute! Very reasonable prices. Paid $80 for a 90minute massage
Nice work
so relaxing !! me and my friend went early in the morning and it was perfect, just intense enough especially for the price. I have been to a few extremely expensive spas and this one was on par and like 100% cheaper.
Very friendly!! Gave a great massage with good pressure. Checked in multiple times to make sure everything was good. Fixed my shoulders!!!
Very friendly clean and relaxing

While a bit painful, I did feel a lot better after. I overall still recommend.
I came in for a foot massage after a long, exhausting week, and it was exactly what I needed. The pressure was perfect, the environment was incredibly clean and soothing, and the staff was so welcoming. They really take their time and target all the right pressure points. My feet feel completely rejuvenated. I will absolutely be a regular here!
I love this place and come here all the time. The massage is always amazing, the staff is very professional, and I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend!
Awesome massage for super sore body. Just what I needed
Had a 75 minute massage with Dylan. Focused on my problem areas. Medium pressure was still intense without being unbearable. Felt amazing afterwards. Would highly recommend Dylan!

Lovely visit! Exactly what I needed after a long work week. Alex was great for a quick 30 minute chair massage! Will be back!
Great service and very fair price. I come here all the time. I usually ask for Jack—he uses a lot of strength and is great for deep tissue.
Got a 1 hour foot massage and it was a great experience— my masseuse was very professional and mindful of the pressure and the staff was very friendly! Would definitely come back again!
Awesome body work - much needed and very professional, clean, and skilled!
Amazing experience at this massage spa. Every time I come and get a massage here the masseuses are very diligent and detailed. I recommend this place 10/10
I’ve had multiple massages in my life, but the massages I’ve had at Renew Day Spa are the best ever. Their attention to detail and the way they take care of you is unlike any other place I’ve been to. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing massage and deep tissue work. You guys are amazing, thank you so much!!!
Excellent and affordable. Reliably good massage with very flexible hours too!
Absolutely grounding and relaxing no-frills massage parlor. Their $99 weekday deal (90 min body massage, 30 min foot massage) is what brought me in but I’ll definitely be back again soon for other services!
Fantastic service as usual, great value, great attention, I’ve been coming for years.
Such a seamless experience. My friend and I went on a Monday and they were able to accommodate us at the time we walked in. Everything was clean. Staff was polite and attentive. My back feels brand new. Will definitely be coming back!

As a professional athlete this was a great place at an extremely affordable price with great service. Can’t recommend enough!
Excellent! So tired of “massages” that just rub you down like basting a chicken. This was deep tissue, centered on knots and trigger points. Worth the money.
Best massage I have ever had! Will be back. Thank you guys for your great service!
Glad I came to this place. Emma is best
great price, amazing full body massage
It was an excellent experience. I have heard a lot about this place and it definitely lived up to the hype. My masseuse was amazing, kind, and checked in with me regularly.
Best massage full body, head, and foot massage I’ve ever had for a great price
Excellent massage. Really good value and customer service. Very attentive to each persons needs. I went here for a couple’s massage and we had a great experience.
Had a great time!!
Loved the massage here! Highly recommend it.
The massage itself was exceptional. My therapist checked in about pressure at the start and throughout, which I appreciated more than I expected. She found tension I didn’t even know I was carrying (apparently my shoulders had been living somewhere near my ears) and worked through it methodically without ever being…
Had a great experience at Renew Day Spa! The spa was clean and well kept and the staff were very nice and professional. I got a combo service for a great price! I am looking forward to my next visit!
Amazing. I came in anxious and left so relaxed I was sleepy.
Love this spot! They can always get me in when I walk in. I always feel so relaxed after.
I got a 75 minute massage and it was so relaxing. My masseuse was getting knots out of my back that I didn’t know existed. I will definitely be coming back!!
The massage was amazing!
Went to Renew Day Spa for the first time today and Emma was AMAZING! Trust you will not regret coming here!
It’s a busy place but it’s highly recommended the services are absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed my treatment which was a 75 minute session. With a 45 min massage including hot stones and took her of all my nodes around my upper back! Also 15 minutes foot massage and 15 minutes head massage. I definitely will be back…
Favorite massage spot in Chinatown. Massagers are all excellent. They also have hot stone therapy for body massage and it feels great.
Peter did his thing with my massage. Sometimes it hurts alittle too much but he did great without saying many words. I’ve been here many times and this may have been my fave time. I’ll be back again and again.
THE MOST AMAZING MASSAGE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN!!! Cannot recommend high enough. Definitely the place to go for an incredible massage, especially for the price too! Have been a few times now for different services and each one has exceeded expectations!
Ada was great, I asked her to up The pressure and she did just that. I’m super tense all the time. The only downside is that I wish the service was longer :( Will definitely be returning! Thank you
My shoulders feel amazing!! Would totally come back for a deep tissue massage
Renew Day Spa is a great place to relax and recharge right in the heart of Chinatown. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with clean and comfortable treatment rooms that help you unwind immediately. The massages are professional and effective, offering real relief after a long day of walking around New York.…
Incredible and very thorough!

Great deal, good service and very relaxing!
fantastic massage — I feel renewed, highly recommend coming either alone or with others for some much needed self-care
I've been having some intense hip pain recently and signed up for a 90-minute massage. Aidan was excellent and focused on everything that was likely the source of the pain. I feel so much better. Thank you!!
Really great massage. Super clean.
Linda rocked my hour massage. It was an hour of bodywork and she listened when I asked her to go strong on my shoulders and softer on my calves. Happy to be here and will be coming back
Massagem muito top. Eu gosto de massagem com boa pressão e massagista foi nos pontos certos pra soltar os nodulos. Lugar limpo. Recomendo!
This was my first time getting a massage outside of going to physical therapy and it was great ! I will definitely come more often and recommend this place to friends and family.
A great deal and good work at $55 an hour. My masseuse really got into my muscles and I feel much more loose and relaxed now. Will be back!

Great experience! Wonderful staff.
I got a 45 minute bodywork massage with 15 minutes head rub and 15 minute foot rub. Everything was perfect. The pressure was just right where I felt my muscles being worked out but it was also relaxing and not painful at all. I really appreciate how they ask what kind of pressure you like before they start. And I…
Quality massage and very good prices! I always return!!
Relaxing and comfortable. Friendly staff.
After a grueling week of work I treated myself to an hour bodywork massage, 15min foot and 10min hand massage. Dylan was so perfect with the pressure I requested and he worked out every knot in my body. So happy I could cry.
Incredible service, feeling absolutely refreshed afterwards. 11/10
I had a wonderful experience with Emma for a full body massage. She was friendly and attentive to my needs. Emma really took time to work out tension in my shoulders. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Asked for a strong deep tissue massage and that is what I got! The only additional thing I would have loved is more of an even split between the front and the back. Def suggest a 60 or 90 minute massage!! Wonderful staff!!
Summer made me a new person, highly recommend this very clean, professional experience at a great price!
Most amazing place ever. So happy I discovered this hidden gem. I can’t wait to return to get my knots worked on. Got a deep tissue massage and I look forward to trying their additional services in the future. If you’re looking to release muscle tension, especially for a modest cost— check this place out!
Would definitely come back for massage!
Amazing. Will definitely come back
Great place to get a massage! I literally come here wvery week! All the massage therapists I have tried so far are wonderful!

Everything here was great! Really thorough massage and relaxing environment.
Came in this afternoon with extreme pain in my shoulder shooting down my arm, my back, neck and chest. I haven't been right for days and with a 60-minute massage that all changed! I feel like I came out a different person, would highly recommend it to anybody in pain because the masseuse is highly intuitive and…

one of the better massages i’ve gotten in chinatown. were able to take me as a walk-in on a saturday afternoon
Excellent massage! I was having unbearable neck and shoulder pain for about a week on my left side. The masseuse was attentive when I pointed out the problem area and I could feel the relief and blood circulation return when she released the tension or blockage or whatever it was that was causing me so much pain,…

Amazing experience! The 60 minute body work was at a perfectly good pace and intensity, and it was exactly what I needed.
Ada was amazing. I walked in with a level 10 neck pain since Friday and today is Sunday. Level is now a 2. The attention she gave me was AMAZING! 10/10. I wish I would have been able to say thank you but she needed to take care of another client. Thank you Ada for your care. Xoo

Did 90 min bodywork and it was wonderful. Feeling very relaxed!
have been having some lower back pain and came here for a body massage. was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! i can’t recommend enough, whenever in chinatown please do yourself a favor and come here!! i also got a 15 minute foot massage and it was also incredible! 10/10!!!
EXCELLENT!!! Better than much pricier massages I’ve had!!!
So awesome
Chloe is great! Knows the difference between medium and hard which is a plus considering I don’t have the highest pain tolerance.
Great price but make sure to tell them if you want soft, medium or strong. Do not get strong(deep) massage unless you are wanting your body to feel like you’ve hit by a truck the next day.
Clean friendly and massage was amazing ,!I will be back
Best massage!!
Hands down best massage in the city. All of their masseuses are so professional and do incredible body work

Very good service, strong hands with the massage and they work on the whole body.
Great massage. Easy to book. Low price. Dealt with a lot of tension in the shoulder and lower back. Strong pressure.
Fantastic 10/10

I had a perfect experience! The best massage in NYC for the price, I will definitely be back
I had an excellent massage here! Lovely facilities, professional staff and just a perfect experience. I will be back!
This place is heaven ⛅️
This is my favorite Chinese massage place. I've been coming here for years and it's the best deal. Great massages at such a low price.
The best place to get a massage in New York!
This is my second time here at Renew Day Spa and I loved it so much! I got a 90 min massage (head, back, feet) from Amy and it was incredible. I will be back!

Sam was amazing . His hands were soft but he had a firm touch . Place was clean and efficient . I felt so good leaving after my body and foot massage ,
It was truly an incredible experience. The deep tissue massage was fulfilling. I would highly recommend it.
banger massage
Deepest massage I’ve ever had, even with the language barrier, Ryan did an amazing job and was very prescriptive
What a great place! So clean and calm. They ask what type of pressure you like (medium for me) and they use hot stones and hot towels. What a great place! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you Helen!
Summer gave me one of the best massages I've had in a long time. She was very sensitive to my needs and checked in every so often to make sure I was okay. I requested the hot stone massage , which was absolutely delicious! I plan to come back to again!
Great place for a massage! One of the only places I've gone to that does the work to remove my knots. Be sure to bring cash!
Very clean & attentive, adjusts to the pressure you like. Accommodated three of us at the same time easily. Will be back!
Amazing massage!
I got the 65 minute body, foot and head massage and was very happy with it. Wonderful, thorough and varied massage and friendly service.
Great no-frills massage spot. Clean, efficient, and they actually listen to pressure requests and focus areas (my neck/shoulders/upper back felt noticeably looser afterward). Good value for NYC and I didn’t feel rushed. I’ll be back!
Everyone one kind and just very good service over all !! The massage was amazing as well !
I always have an amazing experience here! I come once a month!
they are legit and work wonders on your muscles and knots. left feeling the most relaxed i’ve ever been. definitely returning for a longer session.
90 minute full body massage was great. Highly recommend Amy!
Nice clean and workers do an amazing job, I will be back.
Great massage.
Great place to get a massage for reasonable price. David is a wonderful master. Highly recommend!
Had a rejuvenating massage and Cindy was great! Not too strong and not too soft. She was very accommodating and focused on the spots I felt tight in, and even did the hot stones. Note, a 30 min body massage is usually upper body only. If you want it to be both upper and lower, you have to request it.
Professional and the perfect stop for recovery. I had a deep tissue massage and felt immediate relief.
Best massage I've had in a while. Very affordable and thorough. Left feeling renewed ✨️
Such a relaxing experience! Gabbie was wonderful. Definitely recommend for an affordable message.
My bestie and i went for a couples massage and we each LOVED our service! Excellent value and more importantly… excellent massages! I had Min & I highly highly and did I say HIGHLY recommend- he has magic hands!
Great experience with this place! I was surprised about the all 5 stars reviews from thousands of ppl. And I know why after I finished and I’m giving 5 stars here too.
Very nice and reasonable price!
The massage by Abby was incredible. I highly recommend!
This was an excellent spot to get a massage. They took great care of me and felt so much better than when i came
Service was fantastic, everyone was really nice. Massages were exactly as requested and everything was meticulously taken care of. Would definitely go back and recommend
The best massage parlor in all of Manhattan, hands down — perhaps all of NYC. I lived in the area for six years and faithfully still travel to Renew many years later for massages because of their expertise, fair price and kind hospitality. 100% worth it. I am a lifelong fan.
Great massage. I felt very stretched out afterwards
Always feel great after an hour of body work here. Clean and professional. We always come back here.
I came to get 60 min body work and 15 foot massage. I asked for hard pressure and Ryan did a great job at working the knots I had in my shoulders and upper back. It was a great massage, I left feeling relaxed and definitely coming back. Ryan was very professional.
Every single time I come to Renew Spa I feel like a brand new person! So I glad I found this perfect spot in the city!
Amazing experience. My best friend and I came here on a whim, and it ended up being one of the best decisions we’ve made in a long time. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with such calm energy that we both instantly relaxed. The massages were outstanding — strong where we needed it, gentle where it mattered,…
10/10 experience that’s actually affordable. Everyone was super sweet & helpful. The massage itself was out of this world - Nicole was fantastic!! Will be back again for sure!
Had a wonderful experience- the best $65 I’ve ever spent. will be back!
Great massage for great price. Always appreciate the services at Renew
Gem of NYC! Reasonable price, good quality massage, been going here for some time and nothing ever upsets!
What sets this place apart from other massage parlors is that it’s clean, easy to find, and the prices are amazing. My masseuse was fantastic and really listened to what I needed.
My first time going and I enjoyed it. I had a massage and was very pleased. Love the hot stones.

The massage was absolutely wonderful! The entire space is very clean and very organized. The ladies in the front were very sweet and friendly. My masseuse was also extremely sweet and helped me relax since it was my first time getting a massage! Will definitely be coming back!

Awesome massage at a really great price! I would definitely come again.
Linda was great! Responded to me asking for more or less pressure. I’ve been coming once a month for yearssss
I had my massage today with Quentin. He was brilliant! Best massage I have had in the states
I brought my parents who were visiting the city for a relaxed manager session, while I got a foot massage. Booking is super easy and strongly advised! Renew Spa was recommended by a friend who called them “miracle workers”, definitely checks out. Highly recommend.
Amazing life altering.
Tony is absolutely amazing.
Always so reliable and amazing massage!
I’ve had three massages from three different people and they all have been excellent. Be warned if you indicate a preference for “hard” pressure massage it is very intense. I recommend a nice hot bath with epsom salts afterwards to help prevent soreness.
Great experience for my first foot massage! Peaceful rooms, loved the hot stones at the end. Will return.
great massage, nice personalized care.
Amazing service!
My massage was great and very strong! Great price for 60 min massage. Thank you
Found my new favorite spot at Renew Day Spa. I just tell them how much pressure I like, and they somehow find every tight spot without me saying a word. The place is clean, relaxing, and the prices are great. I do have a favorite therapist—but I’m keeping that secret!
Made a same day appt for 5 people and we were easily accommodated. Fantastic 60 min full body massage. Will be coming back. 🥰
Greatttttt massage I got the head , body and feet I walked out of there feeling like light. And relaxed
Great massage and great staff! Always a welcoming environment and a consistently good service
Serina was my massage therapist today and she went above and beyond. I was riddled with knots and she worked them all. I will be back!
I stumbled upon Renew Day Spa, and I’m so glad I did! The space is clean, relaxing, and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Aiden was my massage therapist for a one-hour full body session and he was incredible; attentive, professional and applied exactly the amount of pressure I asked for. I left feeling completely…
Just had a wonderful experience getting a 1hr 15 minute massage from Ada! She did my head, neck, back, legs and feet. I get massages often and this has been one of my favorites. She’s very experienced and I will definitely be coming back here!
Amazing massage.

Very good massage! Nice pressure!
I got the 90min massage (60 min full body + 30min foot massage) and it was incredible. Very simple and my masseuse used great pressure. It was clean & the oil/lotion used didn’t irritate my skin. Great overall experience!

Best 60 minute massage I’ve had in a while!
Very clean and professional, made sure I was comfortable. Extremely friendly and skilled staff! I absolutely recommend for anyone looking for any type of service!
Just had the best massage I’ve had in a while! Love that they ask what do I want to focus on before starting instead of just jumping into a routine. Renew day spa is my go to massage place in all NYC and they always know how to get me to relax 🙏🏽☺️
Amazing massage, third time here and will still come again!
I had a great massage I feel much better

WOW NICOLE IS THE BEST EVER THIS MASSAGE WAS THE BEST MASSAGE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND PLEASE COME HERE
This was my first time receiving a massage by a male and I was not disappointed. I had Tom and he was magnificent!! I left Renew Spa 1 feeling so much lighter. I will visit again!! Next time I will include the foot massage.
The best hour massage in town!
After Foot Heaven closed during the pandemic I was in search of another place to make my regular go-to for massage therapy. I found Renew Day Spa (just steps away from the former Foot Heaven) and was not disappointed. I just have to say what pressure I prefer and my masseuse does the rest. I’ll have specific areas…
Fantastic experience - I got the 90 minutes full body massage and it was incredible. Will definitely be back again.
Very pleasant experience! The massage rooms are clean and spacious. While the massage therapist I had didn't speak English (the receptionist does), she did communicate via Google translate for clarification on massage specifics/problem areas, etc. This was very helpful! Great pressure.
one hour of bliss! summer was amazing and did exactly the pressure level u asked for. would reccomend coming regularly. so amazing.

Best place for massages. Especially couple massages. So sweet and great service
The space was clean and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and professional. My therapist really listened to what I needed and worked out all the tension without rushing. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be coming back.
Excellent one hour massage
Very relaxing and reasonably priced massage! Very clean place and nice staff.
This was my first time coming and I had such a good and relaxing experience. From beginning to end, I felt calm and truly able to kick back and have a self care day. 10/10 definitely would come again

I had a great experience getting a massage here in Chinatown. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was professional, and the massage really helped relieve my tension. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’d give it an 8/10 and would happily come back!
