First time massage- 100% recommend! My cousin and I got the couples 60min and it was the best experience!! Everyone was super nice and intentional, super relaxing- plus a stamp card for return bonuses(: The masseuse knew just what to work on without me saying a thing, probably because my back is so stiff lol THANKS, RENEW!!!!
WOW!!! My students have been stressing me out so much and I’m from out of town, carrying my luggage around, and this was EXACTLY what I needed! Cindy took amazing care of me and hit all of the pressure points and knots that were engrained in my muscle fibers :’))). Very very satisfied — I wish I lived in NYC so I could get this monthly!
Lucas is the best therapist you can ever have. I live in Europe and come to the US a lot for work. I cannot miss a massage with Lucas everytime I come to NYC. The deep tissue, sport and stressed powerful message is really one of a kind. He treats your body as if he had worked his whole life with it. It’s really…
Great experience. The 2 hour special can’t be beat!
Very friendly clean and relaxing
Great experience with Linda!

I had a great massage experience✨✨It has been a while since I have gotten one and I am happy I found this place. Winnie definitely did a good job as I was super tensed. She kept checking on me if I was okay as well. Towards the end of my massage I felt SO much better and relaxed! I will be returning and I will be…
Best massages in NYC! I go every chance I get! (Both locations are fantastic)
Their tech is wonderful I had so much shoulder pain now it’s gone ! I Highly rexommmend
Great service and very fair price. I come here all the time. I usually ask for Jack—he uses a lot of strength and is great for deep tissue.
Massage was amazing. Friendly staff. Place was very clean. Definitely recommend. Will be back.
Amazing experience, got every knot I didn’t even know I had!!
Amazing experience at this massage spa. Every time I come and get a massage here the masseuses are very diligent and detailed. I recommend this place 10/10
I’ve had multiple massages in my life, but the massages I’ve had at Renew Day Spa are the best ever. Their attention to detail and the way they take care of you is unlike any other place I’ve been to. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing massage and deep tissue work. You guys are amazing, thank you so much!!!
Absolutely grounding and relaxing no-frills massage parlor. Their $99 weekday deal (90 min body massage, 30 min foot massage) is what brought me in but I’ll definitely be back again soon for other services!
Great massage at a great price!
60min - for $55, great deal. They used a lot of pressure and relieved tension in my back!
very personable front desk staff, great muscle tension relieving massage for athletes/dancers!
Loved the massage here! Highly recommend it.
Amazing massage for a great price, especially a place in Manhattan where everything is usually overpriced!
Excellent! The hot stone was the cherry on top! Highly recommend
i feel so much better thank you!!!
I got a 75 minute massage and it was so relaxing. My masseuse was getting knots out of my back that I didn’t know existed. I will definitely be coming back!!
It’s a busy place but it’s highly recommended the services are absolutely fantastic! I enjoyed my treatment which was a 75 minute session. With a 45 min massage including hot stones and took her of all my nodes around my upper back! Also 15 minutes foot massage and 15 minutes head massage. I definitely will be back…
Favorite massage spot in Chinatown. Massagers are all excellent. They also have hot stone therapy for body massage and it feels great.
This was an amazing massage! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Very clean facility and kind staff! Thank you
Incredible and very thorough!

Eva is an amazing masseuse — she did a really great job at targeting the right areas and going over the most tense places

The best massage I’ve ever had thank you Summer!!
Most amazing place ever. So happy I discovered this hidden gem. I can’t wait to return to get my knots worked on. Got a deep tissue massage and I look forward to trying their additional services in the future. If you’re looking to release muscle tension, especially for a modest cost— check this place out!
Great place to get a massage! I literally come here wvery week! All the massage therapists I have tried so far are wonderful!
Lives were changed!!! So refreshing after a long day. 10/10

The best birthday gift ever
Amazing massage and for an amazing price! I would highly recommend them!
Amazing deep tissue massage!
Pooped in with my friends today and were pleasantly surprised they had appointments since its valentine's day weekend, but we only waited 10min. Opted for a 60min body massage which was exactly what I needed after 2 weeks of traveling, I feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
I had a wonderful massage with Yuyu. It was incredibly relaxing and I left feeling amazing,. My knots are gone!
Amazing experience! Very detailed and relaxing. I will be returning soon
I got a strong, full body massage with Jack, who was so respectful and intentional in his work. My tension spots were treated with both care and effort to resolve tightness and pain. The space is clean, easy to find, and has very friendly staff!!
Ada was amazing. I walked in with a level 10 neck pain since Friday and today is Sunday. Level is now a 2. The attention she gave me was AMAZING! 10/10. I wish I would have been able to say thank you but she needed to take care of another client. Thank you Ada for your care. Xoo
This was my first massage and it was exceptional! Knew all my troubles spots couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!
The massage was SO good 12/10.
Foot massage was lovely and very reasonably priced!
This is the only place that I ever go to for massages. Going on 10 years and I promise I’ve never found better!

Coco was amazing. Listened to the areas I wanted to focus on, applied amazing pressure, and was very kind. Checked in on how I was feeling multiple times. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent massage here! Lovely facilities, professional staff and just a perfect experience. I will be back!
The best place to get a massage in New York!
banger massage
Deepest massage I’ve ever had, even with the language barrier, Ryan did an amazing job and was very prescriptive
Amazing therapy with great pressure and targeted all my sore spots. Much relaxed after the service. Highly recommend!
Best massage I've had in a while. Very affordable and thorough. Left feeling renewed ✨️
Great experience with this place! I was surprised about the all 5 stars reviews from thousands of ppl. And I know why after I finished and I’m giving 5 stars here too.
Knew for my birthday I wanted a full body massage. Just didn’t book in advance. I visited as a walk in and was given the option to book for almost 3 hours later. I took the slot. I didn’t have a gender preference so got a guy named “Tom” he did an amazing job I’m looking forward to booking with him again in the near future! 10/10 I highly recommend!
I had an amazing time with my friend! They were very accommodating as we were walk ins. The masseuse applied the perfect amount of pressure.
The best massage parlor in all of Manhattan, hands down — perhaps all of NYC. I lived in the area for six years and faithfully still travel to Renew many years later for massages because of their expertise, fair price and kind hospitality. 100% worth it. I am a lifelong fan.
One of the top massages I have received. I'm usually a mess, and Frank was breaking a sweat trying to get all the knots out. Highly recommend!
This was great. I don’t do these often. Maybe my third one ever but it was a great experience. would definitely do this again!
Amazing experience wanted to turn around and do another hour!
BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE!!! They are very attentive and professional
It was phenomenal. I was super sore in my calves and she absolutely finished destroying my legs. I loved it! 10/10

What sets this place apart from other massage parlors is that it’s clean, easy to find, and the prices are amazing. My masseuse was fantastic and really listened to what I needed.

Yoyo was so wonderful with my massage!!! She knew exactly where I had problem areas were - she was fantastic!!!
Incredible experience! Will definitely come again
Amazing no frills massage! Perfect to knock out kinks.
Just had the best massage I’ve had in a while! Love that they ask what do I want to focus on before starting instead of just jumping into a routine. Renew day spa is my go to massage place in all NYC and they always know how to get me to relax 🙏🏽☺️
Massage with Linda was amazing
After Foot Heaven closed during the pandemic I was in search of another place to make my regular go-to for massage therapy. I found Renew Day Spa (just steps away from the former Foot Heaven) and was not disappointed. I just have to say what pressure I prefer and my masseuse does the rest. I’ll have specific areas…
Tony is amazing! Wonderful massage. Had some shoulder pain and focused on that as well as the places that fed into my shoulder that were also sore.
