It was a pleasure meeting with Larry for five hours. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and concerns. We are confident that Renewal by Anderson is the right choice. Artemis & Lee Feldman
I have only praise for every member of the Renewal By Andersen team. I was treated with politeness, respect, and kept informed throughout the process from first contact by David, who was in my neighborhood handing out discount coupons, to the last step of window installation & usage instructions by Thomas and his…
The consultants are professional, polite, and have provided great customer service. Their years of experience and the answers given to my questions reflected that. Furthermore, all this gave me a sense of confidence and satisfaction that I made the right decision by choosing Renewal by Andersen.
Edgar and the whole crew were friendly and professional, all excellent in their skill and fully committed to our satisfaction and a perfect result. I absolutely love my folding doors opening up my entire living room. Another great experience with Andersen! Thank you!!!
Larry (technical measurement specialist) was extremely professional, demonstrated extensive technical knowledge & answered all my questions. He was very polite, friendly & represented Andersen very well. Our factory representative Robert Douglis (marketing) was a credit to Andersen & also displayed a breadth of…
This whole process was truly stellar from start to finish. it has been a few weeks since installation and i still can't get over the difference in view, sound and beauty. Thomas, Velgin, Eric, Jahmez, Aaron & Devon were simply incredible communicators, installers. The final proof was the rain a few weeks ago - no…
Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy in his presentation. Pleasure to business with Renewal by Andersen
Larry was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
We had Ivan A.’s crew and Abel’s crew installing windows at our home. They have been very professional. When my wife or I had a question or concern, the two crew leads answered all our questions. Also, they cleaned up after themselves each day.
The Anderson crew just started today on a four day schedule. They are very professional and considerate of our belongings. Carpets and furniture was covered and they cleaned up at the end of the day. They were responsive to any questions we had.
This is the 2nd window "job" Renewed by Andersen has done at my home in Santa Barbara, CA - the 1st entailed doors and windows for approx. 50% of the total # in my home. The final stage will be done by Andersen when the remodel plans are completed. I've been an Andersen Window customer since 1967 both for new construction homes and remodels.
They started with full description of the product, measured everything and completed the project successfully.
I had installed 2 of Andersen windows on my Kitchen remodel in 2021; I was impressed with their product. Signed contract in September 2022, windows arrived for install on Jan. 19, 2023. 6 of my 11 windows have/had issues and need to be replaced. After nearly a 1.5 mos., replacement windows reordered end of Feb.…

Ivan Aragon, Emanuel, Amado, Steve, Raul, did an excellent job, organized. Professional, communicative, and personable… had to work in rain, yet finished the job on time… all represent your company very well…. Covered furniture, floors and cleaned everything up!!!!!!!
When I bought the house, most of my windows were single pane, several were broken and rotted. Sales team was helpful in choosing the correct replacement that was within my budget and the style of the home, and importantly they were not pushy. Each phase was well communicated and and everyone was on time. The…
Ivan Aragon, Emanuel R., and Rolando G. Did a professional job. They were polite, fast, and neat! We are pleased with our new windows!
I highly recommend shopping around before deciding on what company to use. Our experience was not great. The salesperson was fine. We knew we were being charged a ridiculous amount, but we made that choice because we just didn't have the time and energy to look around etc. My husband and I assumed that “you get…
The installers were very professional, friendly, worked very hard, efficient, good teamwork and clean finish.
The windows are the best and look fantastic! The install crew are pros and they did a fantastic job with the replacements, the build-outs and re-sizing. Muchas Gracias to everyone, especially Ivan and Matias. Great Work!!
