It was a pleasure meeting with Larry for five hours. He was very informative and answered all of our questions and concerns. We are confident that Renewal by Anderson is the right choice. Artemis & Lee Feldman
Larry was fantastic, very thorough and extremely clear in his communication about what was needed and how the process would go.
Right after posting this review, as luck would have it, we ran into problems. Renewal By Andersen does not make outswing doors with retractable screens, which is what we had been sold. So, not only does their brand new computer system allow sales to put in orders for products that they can't make, but also it took 3…
I have only praise for every member of the Renewal By Andersen team. I was treated with politeness, respect, and kept informed throughout the process from first contact by David, who was in my neighborhood handing out discount coupons, to the last step of window installation & usage instructions by Thomas and his…
The window components (sash, frame and trim) are obviously 3 different color. One visitor thought I had chosen "striped" windows on purpose. They are saying nothing can be done about. The frame i was shown at the sale was small, "this is what it will look like." The actual frames are quite bulky. I lost nearly 25%…
The consultants are professional, polite, and have provided great customer service. Their years of experience and the answers given to my questions reflected that. Furthermore, all this gave me a sense of confidence and satisfaction that I made the right decision by choosing Renewal by Andersen.
Edgar Flores, Emmanuel, Ben and Abel are excellent craftsmen; their installation of the new window and front door was flawless. Each was courteous, professional and willing to answer any questions I had.
Larry was punctual, professional, and explained all the details of the measuring process and the work ahead.
Larry was phenomenal very knowledgeable and answered all my questions spent over 6 hrs.
This whole process was truly stellar from start to finish. it has been a few weeks since installation and i still can't get over the difference in view, sound and beauty. Thomas, Velgin, Eric, Jahmez, Aaron & Devon were simply incredible communicators, installers. The final proof was the rain a few weeks ago - no…
Called in to see if they could do a replacement of a 50 year old house windows that were single pane with double pane. The agent came out and explained what needed to be done, and what my options were. Showed me an example of the window fixture and how it would work and also the kind of materials they would use.…
Tech was very friendly, had excellent knowledge of Andersen's windows and doors, took time to explain areas where I had questions and made me feel confident that my window and door replacements would be an asset to my property.
The service I received was excellent, very professional and friendly. Everything was explained well and all my questions were answered.
The technician, Jacob, was professional, friendly, on time, clear in his explanations and instructions, and patient when answering my many questions. This also applies to the salesman, Steve!
Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy in his presentation. Pleasure to business with Renewal by Andersen
Ivan Aragon and Rolando Garcia and their crew were wonderful! They kept me informed all day. They made sure my floors and furniture were protected. At the end of the installation, Ivan walked me through how how to use, lock and clean the window and French door I had installed. They did a great job! Window and door are very high quality but expensive.
Quality high-end windows with exceptional customer service and professional in-house ( not outsourced) measurers & Installers. I am a return customer. Highly recommend!
The Anderson crew just started today on a four day schedule. They are very professional and considerate of our belongings. Carpets and furniture was covered and they cleaned up at the end of the day. They were responsive to any questions we had.
This is the 2nd window "job" Renewed by Andersen has done at my home in Santa Barbara, CA - the 1st entailed doors and windows for approx. 50% of the total # in my home. The final stage will be done by Andersen when the remodel plans are completed. I've been an Andersen Window customer since 1967 both for new construction homes and remodels.
Great crew led by Ivan Aragon and Edgar Flores. All the guys were on-task, hardworking, courteous, and respectful of our home... and each other as a good team.
The best experience I had was with the hard working install team, Ivan Aragon, Ramon Rincon, Ismael, Alejandro and Victor. They worked hard in very hot weather, listened to my questions and responded politely and were unfailingly professional. They moved heavy furniture for me and replaced it per my instructions. They were a pleasure to work with.
From Chris Mur providing us detailed information about the quality and benefits that come with purchasing Andersen Windows, to the awesome installation team headed by Abraham Hinojosa, it was truly a smooth & flawless experience. We are so grateful for the extra steps taken by all of the team mentioned! They showed…
Renewal by Andersen Los Angeles was the last company we went to when searching for replacement windows. We thought that we wouldn’t be able to afford their products. Every other company we received quotes from was about equal in price and the quality of their product was far inferior. Other company’s sales people…
All the installers were kind, friendly and qualified. They did a great job
Love the new windows! They are great. Thanks Andersen!
The crew who replaced my windows did a great job. They were very professional and left the house clean and clear of all debris.
Completely took over our home and yard, requiring us to place our dogs in day care at our expense because the crew left our gates open all day, said they would be disrupted by the dogs, and they were afraid of dogs. They installed the french doors so it swung open by gravity and didn’t stay in place. They failed to…
Edgar and his crew were great. They were neat & professional throughout the installation. I would highly recommend them.
The Renewal by Andresen was absolutely fantastic. Everything you see on their TV commercial is 100% true including the financing. We replaced 20 windows in our home and they look amazing with screens which are almost invisible. The sales and support staff (Rocky, April, Eddie and Scott) made sure every step of…
If all installation teams were as courteous, professional and pleasant as the Renewal by Andersen teams we had install our windows any reticence towards home improvements would be removed. Thank you guys.
The whole process was easy. The windows are great quality and the installers were awesome! Greg and Jessy were on time, respectful and answered all my questions.
The whole process was very professional. The sales engineer came out and worked with us. He helped us with the HOA approval process as well. Then we made an appointment for the tech to come an measure. They placed the order and set up the appointment for installation. They did a great job and showed us how the…
They were great! Got all my windows and slider installed in 2 days. We’re on time and professional. Cleaned up before they left each day. I highly recommend Renewal by Zander’s windows!
There’s two good things about my Andersen Window installation. 1.The quality of the windows we are using. Noise reduction and climate control are great. 2. Carlos and Eddie, the installers. They were very professional. They answered my questions and assured me the installation would not disrupt my interior or…
Professional installation. Polite friendly installers. Arrived on time as promised. Cleaned up work area. Hauled away old parts and packaging. They get 5 star rating. We would recommend to others. New windows and sliding glass door look great.
The window installation went smoothly. Everything was explained as the work was being performed. The work was completed when promised. The installers were great! Greg Valdez, Edgar Flores, Angelo, and Stephen worked very efficiently and professionally, and all were extremely nice and courteous.
TI am very disappointed of the whole job; First of all, I was very disappointed to see that the windows did not fit tightly into the frame, otherwise, they had a big gap and that gap was filled up with foam; secondly, the aluminum portion of the windows ( or whichever metal that is, it shows very ugly, very…
Arrived on time, professional installation, would recommend
