The guys who installed the windows were excellent. They worked hard and in extremely difficult circumstances as it was over 100 degrees and the humidity was extremely high. They were friendly, helpful and left both the inside and the outside of my home in pristine condition. Give them a raise!

The window components (sash, frame and trim) are obviously 3 different color. One visitor thought I had chosen "striped" windows on purpose. They are saying nothing can be done about. Larry, the measurement technician, was exceptionally thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. We are very happy with the excellent advice he gave us.

The quality is great. I was misled by the salesman. He said I would lose 2” around the frame, it is more like 5”. If I knew that I would not have installed them. They also removed and installed a door in the wrong room. So I am going to have to wait over a month for the job to get finished.

Horrible experience! The 1-day job took 3 weeks. The poor communication and disaster left behind made the experience even worse. I do not recommend this company to anyone, it is not worth it!
