Larry is the best! He was very thorough in his explanations and made it substantially easy to understand the entire process throughout. Absolutely cannot go wrong with them and would absolutely recommend their services.
Larry, the technician who came to take final measurements for my order of replacement windows and doors, was very personable, providing clear advise and useful feedback on alternative trim and design choices.
Larry (technical measurement specialist) was extremely professional, demonstrated extensive technical knowledge & answered all my questions. He was very polite, friendly & represented Andersen very well. Our factory representative Robert Douglis (marketing) was a credit to Andersen & also displayed a breadth of…
Larry was great and professional.
Thomas was very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy in his presentation. Pleasure to business with Renewal by Andersen
After many years in my house, I need windows and doors replaced for safety as well as better efficiency. I called Andersen to get a bid and while it is a bit more expensive, ultimately it’s not because the way the product is manufactured and installed, I won’t need to keep replacing things as they shift and warp…
Loved them
Just had my kitchen bay window replaced with Renewal by Andersen of Los Angeles. This is my 3rd time using them for all my windows and doors in the entire house. The installation crews did quality and professional work each time. With Renewal by Andersen I can count on getting quality products and professional installation down right.
On-time, great work, cleaned up perfectly afterwards
Starting the project with Roy is a true joy. He meets with you to discuss the plan and comes up with great ideas on widow design and installation. Our sliding doors were his idea and they look beautiful! Daniel and his team were excellent and very professional - they did a great job installing and double checking…
Edgar and his crew were great! Professional, courteous, efficient, polite and installed a great product. I’d give them a 12 if I could
I have had all of my 50 year old windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson. The windows are of excellent quality and the Los Angeles city inspector said the installation was one of the best he has seen. The process went smoothly and I am very happy with the results. They have made a difference in the heating and cooling of my house.

I had installed 2 of Andersen windows on my Kitchen remodel in 2021; I was impressed with their product. Signed contract in September 2022, windows arrived for install on Jan. 19, 2023. 6 of my 11 windows have/had issues and need to be replaced. After nearly a 1.5 mos., replacement windows reordered end of Feb.…

My husband and I had eight single paned aluminum windows (from 1973!) replaced in our condo. The before and after is incredible! A complete transformation. Renewal By Andersen is very professional, punctual and responsive. Our new windows were back ordered by a few months due to the supply chain. However, they still…
Great installers that were informative, polite and left my house in a condition as if they were never there. I would ask for the same installers again.
Excellent job installing 5-panel door, 2 French doors and 3 kitchen and 3 bathroom windows. The crew was efficient, clean and detailed with their installation. This is the 3rd time we have used Andersen Doors and Windows and we will be using them a 4th time.
Anderson windows sent us professional installers. They were thorough and accurate workmen. They were pleasant. That’s important since they were here for 2 days. They reviewed the installations with me. They answered all my questions. I would have they back with Out hesitation. The windows look great and are easy to operate. A JOB WELL DONE!
The Renewal by Andresen was absolutely fantastic. Everything you see on their TV commercial is 100% true including the financing. We replaced 20 windows in our home and they look amazing with screens which are almost invisible. The sales and support staff (Rocky, April, Eddie and Scott) made sure every step of…
Ivan and the other installer with him(sorry forgot his name) were great. The detail on the trim was excellent inside and out. Both very skilled and professional. If I need more work please send them back.
If all installation teams were as courteous, professional and pleasant as the Renewal by Andersen teams we had install our windows any reticence towards home improvements would be removed. Thank you guys.
They were great! Got all my windows and slider installed in 2 days. We’re on time and professional. Cleaned up before they left each day. I highly recommend Renewal by Zander’s windows!
Professional installation. Polite friendly installers. Arrived on time as promised. Cleaned up work area. Hauled away old parts and packaging. They get 5 star rating. We would recommend to others. New windows and sliding glass door look great.
Don’t waste your money. For the price point of these windows everything should be flawless but it is not. Your money will likely go a lot farther with other window manufacturers and installers. Installers are nice guys but do a B- job. When you are not satisfied with the job, they leave and promise to have…

This is my second time using Renewal By Anderson. One window needs to have the glass changed as it came in scratched from the factory, but everything else looks great and works very well. Both times have been wonderful and I look forward to having them come out again to replace the next set of hideously made and…

Good from start to finish. The installation team was amazing, they did great quick work, were very clean, and made sure everything was 100.
From the beginning Andersen Renewal was first class. And I mean all aspects - sales, production timeline / scheduling, installation and customer care. Jerry and the Team was excellent. We would not have even had this great experienced without the amazing Randy Lahaye introducing us to Renewal by Anderson. Thank You Randy, Jerry, and the entire team.

We had all of our windows replaced and all of the bars removed. The house looks so much better now and it is much quieter inside. They were really meticulous in how they made the windows look like they were original, and spent a lot of time addressing any concerns we had. The initial consultation was very thorough…

I had 5 windows replaced after buying my home 2 months ago. The windows are fantastic. They look great and keep the heat out (before when I touched my windows they were hit to the touch. Now they are cold / due to inside air conditioning being turned on.
I always heard about renewal by Andersen and I wanted to replace my windows with the best and never have to replace them again. That is exactly what I got
The gentlemen that did our install were punctual, very courteous and most of all very professional and knowledgeable. They did their job, cleaned up and even offered to help putting things back in place.
I would like to add that the window installation’s by Rafael, Sergio, Luis Sr., Martin and Eric were done with upmost professionalism. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services for anyone in need of excellent work. They are clean, fast installers but…
My new windows look great. Renewal was on on time, courteous, knowledgeable, very helpful, clean every step of the way. Great to work with, very professional. Yvette, Oscar, and Jose were the best. Highly recommend.
$36,000 to replace 16 windows. 8 months later found the trim was coming apart from the windows. They were responsive about fixing the problem but this took more time than anticipated. Never received a personal call or contact from a Manager to express regret/apology. Felt I should be reimbursed for missing two days…
This was my second project with Renewal by Anderson and it was not a good experience. I lost count of how many windows were ordered incorrectly and how many times I had to be available for the installation crew to attempt an install. The last five windows took eight visits to my property to complete. Management…
The process has been easy and painless. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The installers arrived in time, did a great job installing two windows and did a great job of cleaning after they were done.
Top of the line product, excellent sales and service, and the most professional and high quality installation crew and work. Thrilled with this team.
From beginning to end Our experience was wonderful. Our job was huge: 2 and a half walls of double height windows. The sales rep Louis was informative and worked with us to get the order right. The installation team was very organized and professional. They were orderly in the installation process. Their…
All the installers were very polite. However, I took particular note of how polite Jason was with us as clients and also with the other installers on the team. Edgar was a great foreman for his team. The installers are very professional and knowledgeable. They are obviously highly experienced and well trained. In particular, Jose Puentes and Jose Garcia worked like clockwork and were very diligent.
Do not use this company!! Go to milgard!!! I’m on my 2nd repair install! And they finished installing my bedroom windows and my bedroom sounds like a wind tunnel with the…
