Rick Torres came out to our home to do some minor repair to the caulking on the inside of windows. He was respectful of our home, on time and super nice guy! He did a fantastic job fixing the issue. Windows look fantastic.

At install, the installer noticed a flaw in the glass on one of the sashes. A new one was ordered and Anthony holt came today to replace it. Anthony was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Anthony for another great Renewal by Andersen experience.

Daniel Vendoza and Rick Torres replaced our cracked window. All of the folks we’ve worked with at Andersen have been top notch but these two guys were a cut above. They did a professional job, perfect job cleaning up, great communicators and very helpful answering our questions and fixing minor issues with one of our doors. Couldn’t be happier!

Service Tech Daniel Ventoza came out today because the caulking of our new bay windows was stained. He replaced some of the caulking and was able to clean the rest. He did an excellent job and my windows now look amazing.

Everything about this company is top shelf, from the support in the office to the support in the field. I'm generally a little uncomfortable having contractors to our remote house, but would not hesitate for a second with Anderson. The last tech out, Rick Torres, was no exception, friendly, professional, punctual and efficient, going the extra mile.

RBA replaced approx 20 windows for me over a year ago. They are beautiful. I recently had Kalob K. and Javier B. out to fix a locking mechanism on one of them.
